Projekt skierowany jest do 87 uczniów i 9 nauczycieli (53 K i 43 M) Zespołu Szkół w Rzeczenicy (gm. Rzeczenica)- (14 K i 12 M) i Szkół Podstawowych w Czarnem, Krzemieniewie i Wyczechach (gm. Czarne) - 39 K i 31 M. Celem jest podniesienie jakości pracy szkół poprzez kompleksowe wspomag. rozwoju szkoły, rozumiane jako ścisłe zespolenie systemu wsparcia nauczycieli ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami uczn. i szkoły w okr. od 1.01.2021 do 31.12.2022 r. Cele szczeg.: 1) upowszechnienie wśród uczn. wzorców dot. m.in. aktywnego uczestnictwa w kulturze, sporcie i rekreacji, postaw obywatelskich, proekologicznych, wpływaj. na budowanie więzi lokalnych i regionalnych, a także zdrowego trybu życia, m.in. poprzez edukację morską i żeglarską, 2) włączenie do procesu dydaktycznego treści dot. edukacji morskiej i żeglarskiej i wykorzystanie ich do kształtow. kompet. klucz. uczniów, 3) promowanie zawodów związanych z morzem wśród uczn. jako jednej z dziedzin przyszłej aktywności zawodowej. Zakres przedmiot. proj. wynika z przeprowadz. diagnozy w zakresie potrzeb uczniów oraz wynikającego z tych potrzeb doskonalenia nauczycieli i przewid. następuj. działania: zajęcia żeglarski nad jez. Szczytno w Rze-cy, dodatkowe zajęć pozalekcyjne prowadzone metodą proj., wyjazdowe warsztaty edukacyjne do ośrodków nieformalnej edukacji, obóz żeglarski, zajęcia z doradztwa zawodowego oraz szkolenia dla nauczycieli z prowadz. zajęć metodą proj. i szkolenia na stopień żeglarza jachtowego. Trwałym efektem będzie poprawa war. realiz. zajęć w 4 szkołach i wzrost kompetencji nauczycieli oraz rozwój kompetencji klucz. uczn. i poprawa osiąganych przez nich wyników w nauce. Kreatywna i innowacyjna forma zajęć umożliwi dzieciom osiągnięcie wyższego poziomu edukacji, a wiedza zdobyta podczas zajęć zostawi trwały ślad i będzie wykorzystywana przez uczn. w szkole jak i w życiu codziennym. The project is aimed at 87 pupils and 9 teachers (53 K and 43 M) of the School Complex in Rzeczenica (M. Rzeczenica)- (14 K and 12 M) and Primary Schools in Czarn, Krzemieniewo and Wyczech (Group of Czarne) — 39 K and 31 M. The aim is to improve the quality of the school’s work through comprehensive support for school development, understood as a close fusion of the teacher support system with the diagnosed needs of pupils and schools in the circle from 1.01.2021 to 31.12.2022. 1) dissemination among pupils of patterns concerning, among others, active participation in culture, sport and recreation, civic attitudes, pro-ecological attitudes, influence on building local and regional ties, as well as healthy lifestyles, e.g. through maritime and sailing education, 2) integrating the content of maritime and sailing education into the teaching process and using them for shapes. competence. key. pupils, 3) promoting sea-related professions among pupils as one of the fields of future professional activity. The scope of the project results from carrying out a diagnosis in terms of the needs of students and the resulting need to improve teachers and predict the following activities: sailing classes over Szczytno in Rze-cy, additional extracurricular activities conducted using the project method, out-of-country educational workshops to informal education centres, sailing camp, vocational counselling classes and training for teachers with the method of projection and training on the yacht sailor’s degree. The lasting effect will be the improvement of classes in 4 schools and an increase in teachers’ competences as well as the development of key competences of pupils and improvement of their academic performance. Creative and innovative form of classes will enable children to achieve a higher level of education, and the knowledge gained during the classes will leave a lasting mark and will be used by the student at school and in everyday life.
