Celem projektu jest wdrożenie proekologicznej, zgodnej z zasadami zrównoważonego rozwoju, udoskonalonej metody przygotowania placu budowy (powstałej w wyniku zleconych prac B+R), dedykowanej dla firmy WOJTBET, polegającej na przygotowaniu wysokojakościowego kruszywa powstałego z elementów żelbetowych rozbiórek obiektów budowlanych do: - Przygotowania placu pod budowę, - Przygotowanie kruszywa recyklingowego do wykorzystania w produkcji betonu cementowego. Dodatkowo metoda uwzględnia wykorzystanie zastanych na placu budowy karp drzewnych i odpadów drewnianych. Planowana inwestycja dotyczy zakupu środków trwałych celem wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie WOJTBET nowych usług związanych z zagospodarowaniem odpadów budowlanych a dokładnie: - odbioru i transportu gruzu - kruszenia betonów - przesiewania kruszyw betonowych - rozdrabniania odpadów (w tym wielkogabarytowych) - wynajmu rozdrabniacza, przesiewacza lub kruszarki - wyburzania obiektów budowlanych Innowacyjnością będzie możliwość zaoferowania kruszenia i segregacji na placu zleceniodawcy (w miejscu powstawania odpadu) co pozwoli na uzyskanie wysokojakościowych kruszyw oraz na zmniejszenie śladu węglowego powstającego przy realizacji zleceń. Inwestycja planowana jest w okresie 01.10.2021 do 30.09.2022. Wnioskodawca planuje zakupić: Kruszarka mobilna szczękowa na podwoziu gąsiennicowym (używana) Przesiewacz kruszywa mobilny na podwoziu gąsiennicowym (używana) Koparka gąsiennicowa (używana) Ładowarka - łyżka 3m3 (używana) Rozdrabniacz do karp/drewna mobilny (używany) Kontener KP 7 - 8 szt. W wyniku realizacji projektu wnioskodawca planuje zatrudnić minimum 9 nowych pracowników, co przyczyni się do znacznej poprawy zatrudnienia w regionie. Dodatkowo wdrożenie innowacyjnych usług i produktów pozwoli na znaczący rozwój przedsiębiorstwa oraz lokalnego rynku na którym będzie działał. Projekt ma charakter proekologiczny co pozwoli też na znaczną poprawę stanu środowiska w regionie i ograniczenie powsta (Polish)

The aim of the project is to implement an environmentally friendly, sustainable, improved method of preparing the construction site (created as a result of commissioned R & D works), dedicated to WOJTBET, consisting of the preparation of a high-quality aggregate created from reinforced concrete elements of demolition of construction facilities to: — Preparation of the square for construction, — Preparation of recycling aggregates for use in the production of cement concrete. In addition, the method takes into account the use of wood carp and wood waste found on the construction site. The planned investment concerns the purchase of fixed assets in order to implement new services related to the management of construction waste in WOJTBET, namely: — collecting and transporting debris — crushing concrete — sifting concrete aggregates — shredding waste (including large size) — renting a crusher, screener or crusher — demolition of construction works Innovation will be the opportunity to offer crushing and segregation on the customer’s square (at the place of waste formation), which will allow to obtain high-quality aggregates and to reduce the carbon footprint created in the execution of orders. The investment is planned in the period 01.10.2021 to 30.09.2022. The applicant plans to purchase: Mobile Jaw Crusher on a spongier chassis (used) Mobile aggregate screen on a spongier chassis (used) Groser excavator (used) Loader — bucket 3 m³ (used) Carp shredder/mobile wood (used) Container KP 7-8 pcs. As a result of the project, the applicant plans to recruit at least 9 new employees, which will contribute to a significant improvement in employment in the region. In addition, the implementation of innovative services and products will allow for significant development of the company and the local market in which it will operate.
