The main objective of the project is to activate domestic producers and craftsmen to start entrepreneurship by organizing crossborder fairs , trade missions, contact exchanges, educational seminars-disussions in Latvia and Russia and to foster possibilities of selling products not only in the local territory, but also in the neighbouring regions in Latvia and Russia. Project partners are 5 municipalities in Latgale, 2 municipalities in Vidzeme, 4 municipalities in Pskov region,1 municipality in Leningrad region, and 2 business support non-governmental organizations. All the project partners have developed previous cooperation in organizing joint events. In the framework of the present project, every project partner will host or be involved in organizing joint activities - a seminar, a contact exhange or a crossborder fair. (English)
