#Com.Viso project would like to develop a strategy based on development of communities to ameliorate life quality of populations living in remoted mountain territories around Monviso. Concerned population are especially young, elders, and peoples with difficulties on the territory. Indeed, it emerge that social conditions, of elders and young, are more difficult in mountain areas. Moreover, the lack of own mean of transport, or the impossibility to use this last one, the depopulation of mountain territories in ALCOTRA’s territories creates an important reduction of meeting and exchanges moments, which generates, a social isolation of some groups of peoples. To fight this phenomenon, #Com.Viso project purpose to innovate in the sanitarian and social services sector to promote the development of communities, putting social animation at the hearth of their action, as instrument to reboot social groups dynamism. The figure of social animator is central for the project because it puts at the disposition of populations, in an isolation situation, new instruments allowing their interconnections. But the place of the social animator go further, becoming a mediator between different communities allowing them to create a link between administrations and the territory in order to promote various local actions developed before. The profile diversity of partners allows to develop a global comprehension of integration modalities thanks to various socio-sanitarian services represented. The final objective of the project will be to diffuse a model of socio-sanitarian innovation, efficient, sustainable and applicable to the whole cross-border territory, but also to launch new pilot experiences of a new territorial animation approach.
