The project addresses the problem of insufficient cooperation between institutions responsible for the development of functional areas in the hinterland of Opole and Olomouc. The current situation of the partner institutions requires a more intensive exchange of experience concerning the development of agglomerations. The exchange of experience will concern topics such as innovative trends in urban development, renewable energy sources, biodiversity in urban areas, rivers as the opportunity for the development of agglomerations and deployment of the tool of integrated territorial investments.
