Общата цел на проекта е да се повишат способността на заетите лица със средно и по-ниско образование във фирмата да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда в резултат на глобализацията и технологичните промени.Специфичната цел на проекта е да се повиши професионалната квалификация и ключовите умения на 10 заети лица със средно и по ниско образование съобразно нуждите на "Б и С стил", като по този начин се създадат условия за устойячива заетост и по-качествени работни места. В рамките на проекта 10 лица от целевата група ще преминат обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация по Професия "Моделиер - технолог на облекло", Специалност "Конструиране, моделиране и технология на облекло от текстил" и обучение по Ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" - Английски език. Всички лица ще имат възможността да получат знания и умения от външен доставчик, чиито програми за обучение ще бъдат съобразени с изискванията на работодателя.Проектът предвижда дейности за информация и комуникация, съобразени с изискванията на Единен наръчник на бенефициента за прилагане на правилата за информация и комуникация 2014-2020 г., публикуван на интернет страницата на УО и МИГ. The overall objective of the project is to increase the ability of employed persons with medium and lower education in the company to meet the rapid changes in the labour market due to globalisation and technological changes. The specific objective of the project is to increase the professional qualification and key skills of 10 employees with secondary and lower education according to the needs of “B and S style”, thus creating conditions for sustainable employment and better quality jobs. In the framework of the project, 10 persons from the target group will receive training in the professional qualification “Modelier — technologist of clothing”, Specialty “Construsion, modelling and technology of textile clothing” and training in Key Competence 2 “Communication of Foreign Languages” — English. All persons will have the opportunity to obtain knowledge and skills from an external provider whose training programs will be in line with the requirements of the employer. The project provides for information and communication activities in accordance with the requirements of the Beneficiary’s Single Manual for the implementation of the rules for information and communication 2014-2020, published on the website of the MA and LAG. L’objectif général du projet est d’accroître la capacité des salariés ayant un niveau d’instruction moyen et inférieur dans l’entreprise à faire face aux mutations rapides du marché du travail dues à la mondialisation et aux changements technologiques. L’objectif spécifique du projet est d’accroître les qualifications professionnelles et les compétences clés de 10 employés ayant un enseignement secondaire et inférieur selon les besoins du «style B et S», créant ainsi les conditions d’un emploi durable et d’emplois de meilleure qualité. Dans le cadre du projet, 10 personnes du groupe cible recevront une formation sur la qualification professionnelle «Modelier — technologue de l’habillement», la spécialité «construsion, modélisation et technologie des vêtements textiles» et une formation en compétences clés 2 «Communication des langues étrangères» — anglais. Toutes les personnes auront la possibilité d’acquérir des connaissances et des compétences auprès d’un prestataire externe dont les programmes de formation seront conformes aux exigences de l’employeur. Le projet prévoit des activités d’information et de communication conformément aux exigences du manuel unique du bénéficiaire pour la mise en œuvre des règles d’information et de communication 2014-2020, publié sur le site internet de l’AG et du GAL. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Fähigkeit von Beschäftigten mit mittlerer und niedrigerer Ausbildung im Unternehmen zu verbessern, den raschen Veränderungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt aufgrund der Globalisierung und des technologischen Wandels gerecht zu werden. Das spezifische Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, die berufliche Qualifikation und Schlüsselkompetenzen von 10 Beschäftigten mit Sekundar- und Unterschulabschluss entsprechend den Bedürfnissen des „B- und S-Stils“ zu verbessern und so Bedingungen für nachhaltige Beschäftigung und bessere Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen. Im Rahmen des Projekts erhalten 10 Personen aus der Zielgruppe eine Ausbildung in der Berufsqualifikation „Modelier – Technologe of clothing“, Specialty „construsion, modelling and technology of textile clothing“ und Ausbildung in Schlüsselkompetenz 2 „Kommunikation von Fremdsprachen“ – Englisch. Alle Personen haben die Möglichkeit, Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten von einem externen Anbieter zu erwerben, dessen Schulungsprogramme den Anforderungen des Arbeitgebers entsprechen. Das Projekt sieht Informations- und Kommunikationstätigkeiten gemäß den Anforderungen des Einzigen Handbuchs des Empfängers für die Umsetzung der Vorschriften für die Information und Kommunikation 2014-2020 vor, die auf der Website der Verwaltungsbehörde und der LAG veröffentlicht werden. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het vergroten van het vermogen van werknemers met een middelhoog en lager onderwijs in het bedrijf om tegemoet te komen aan de snelle veranderingen op de arbeidsmarkt als gevolg van de globalisering en technologische veranderingen. Het specifieke doel van het project is de beroepskwalificatie en de sleutelvaardigheden van 10 werknemers met een middelbaar en lager onderwijs te vergroten overeenkomstig de behoeften van „B- en S-stijl”, waardoor voorwaarden worden gecreëerd voor duurzame werkgelegenheid en banen van betere kwaliteit. In het kader van het project krijgen 10 personen van de doelgroep een opleiding in de vakkwalificatie „Modelier — technoloog van kleding”, Specialiteit „construsie, modellering en technologie van textielkleding” en opleiding in Key Competence 2 „Communication of Foreign Languages” — Engels. Alle personen krijgen de mogelijkheid om kennis en vaardigheden te verwerven van een externe aanbieder wiens opleidingsprogramma’s in overeenstemming zijn met de eisen van de werkgever. Het project voorziet in informatie- en communicatieactiviteiten in overeenstemming met de vereisten van het Enkelvoudig Handboek van de begunstigde voor de uitvoering van de regels voor informatie en communicatie 2014-2020, gepubliceerd op de website van de MA en LAG. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di aumentare la capacità dei lavoratori con istruzione media e bassa in azienda di far fronte ai rapidi cambiamenti del mercato del lavoro dovuti alla globalizzazione e ai cambiamenti tecnologici. L'obiettivo specifico del progetto è quello di aumentare la qualifica professionale e le competenze chiave di 10 dipendenti con istruzione secondaria e inferiore secondo le esigenze di "stile B e S", creando così le condizioni per un'occupazione sostenibile e posti di lavoro di migliore qualità. Nel quadro del progetto, 10 persone del gruppo target riceveranno una formazione nella qualifica professionale "Modelier — tecnologo dell'abbigliamento", Specialità "costruzione, modellazione e tecnologia dell'abbigliamento tessile" e formazione in Competenza chiave 2 "Comunicazione delle lingue straniere" — inglese. Tutte le persone avranno la possibilità di acquisire conoscenze e competenze da un fornitore esterno i cui programmi di formazione saranno in linea con le esigenze del datore di lavoro. Il progetto prevede attività di informazione e comunicazione in conformità con i requisiti del Manuale Unico del Beneficiario per l'attuazione delle norme in materia di informazione e comunicazione 2014-2020, pubblicato sul sito web dell'AG e del GAL. El objetivo general del proyecto es aumentar la capacidad de las personas empleadas con educación media y baja en la empresa para hacer frente a los rápidos cambios en el mercado laboral debidos a la globalización y a los cambios tecnológicos. El objetivo específico del proyecto es aumentar la cualificación profesional y las competencias clave de 10 empleados con educación secundaria e inferior de acuerdo con las necesidades del «estilo B y S», creando así las condiciones para un empleo sostenible y empleos de mejor calidad. En el marco del proyecto, 10 personas del grupo destinatario recibirán formación en la cualificación profesional «Modelier — tecnólogo de la ropa», especialidad «construcción, modelización y tecnología de la ropa textil» y formación en Competencia Clave 2 «Comunicación de las Lenguas Extranjeras» — Inglés. Todas las personas tendrán la oportunidad de obtener conocimientos y competencias de un proveedor externo cuyos programas de formación estarán en consonancia con los requisitos del empleador. El proyecto prevé actividades de información y comunicación de acuerdo con los requisitos del Manual Único del Beneficiario para la aplicación de las normas de información y comunicación 2014-2020, publicado en el sitio web de la AG y el GAL.
