A projekt célja A fejlesztés átfogó célja: A kerekharaszti Csillagfény Óvodában a hatékony óvodai nevelés infrastrukturális feltételeinek javítása, egészséges, biztonságos és esztétikus környezet kialakítása, amely a gyermekek életkorának megfelelő módon, játékos formában elősegíti a gyermekek testi és szellemi fejlődését. A fejlesztés konkrét célja: . A szakmai igényeknek megfelelően a Csillagfény Óvoda kibővítése, mely fejlesztés során az óvoda épületéhez új tornaszoba kapcsolódna. A bővítményben a tornaterem és a funkcióhoz kapcsolódó szertár kap helyet, közvetlen kertkapcsolattal. A gyermekek számára - életkoruknak megfelelő, fejlődésüket szolgáló és biztonságos - tárgyi környezet kialakítása érdekében eszközbeszerzést tervezünk. A projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma A szakmai igényeknek megfelelően Kerekharaszt Önkormányzata a Kerekharaszti úton működő Csillagfény Óvoda kibővítéséről határozott, mely fejlesztés során az óvodához új tornaszoba kapcsolódna. A tervezett bővítmény az épület keleti homlokzatához csatlakozik majd egy kis nyaktaggal. A bővítményben a tornaterem és a funkcióhoz kapcsolódó szertár kap helyet, közvetlen kertkapcsolattal. Az egyszerű tömegformálású bővítmény a meglévő épülethez igazodva magastetős kialakítással készül, és az összekötést biztosító nyaktag lapostetős fedéssel. Ezzel az átkötéssel biztosítható, hogy a meglévő épület szerkezeteit csak minimálisan kelljen megbontani, az eresz megbontása nélkül lehet csatlakozni a tervezett bővítménnyel. Az Önkormányzat a meglévő épület energetikai felújítását a TOP-3.2.1-15 pályázat keretében tervezi megoldani, mely felújítás a jelen pályázatban tervezett bővítést megelőzően fog megvalósulni, és amely fizikailag és pénzügyileg elhatárolt a jelen pályázat keretében megvalósuló fejlesztéstől. A bővítmény határoló szerkezetei a 7/2006 TNM rendelet szerinti követelményeknek megfelelő hőszigetelő képességű szerkezetekkel kerülnek megoldásra. A fejlesztés során projektarányos akadálymentesítést végzünk. A projekt illeszkedése A pályázatban megfogalmazott célok illeszkednek a pályázati felhívás fő céljához, amely a kisgyermeket nevelők munkavállalásának támogatása, a családok segítése. Ugyanis a projekt hozzájárul a gyermekek és a szülők elégedettségéhez; a szülők szívesen adják be a gyermekeket egy funkcionálisan gazdagabb, esztétikusabb, eszközökkel, játékokkal jobban felszerelt környezetben, mindez támogatja a gyermekeket nevelő szülők munkaerőpiacra történő visszatérését. A projekt illeszkedése a Heves Megyei Területfejlesztési Programhoz • 2.1.2.int.: Energetikai szerkezetváltás a klímavédelem .. stb. érdekében • 2.4.1.int.: A munkaerőpiacra történő visszatérés elősegítése • 2.4.2.int.: Egészséges társadalom kialakítása • 2.4.3.int: A társadalmi befogadás erősítése a foglalkoztathatóvá válás elősegítésével • 2.4.4.int.: A sport, a mozgás, mint az egészséges élet nélkülözhetetlen alappillére • 2.5.3.int: Fenntartható település- és térszerkezet (részletes kifejtés a Megalapozó Dokumentumban) Hozzájárulás a megyei szinten vállalt indikátor teljesüléséhez: • Fejlesztett, 3-6 éves gyermekek elhelyezését biztosító férőhelyek száma: 35 fő A projekt a Megalapozó Dokumentumban leírt módon illeszkedik a településen megvalósuló, a célcsoportot érintő programokhoz is. A projekt szakmai indokoltsága A jelenlegi óvodai épület csoportszobái csak létszámnak megfelelő alapterületűek. A gyermekek mindennapi mozgását illetve a kötelező mozgásos tevékenységeket tornaszoba hiányában csak nagyon nehezen tudjuk megvalósítani, mivel a csoportszobák alapterülete a gyermekek mozgásigényének a kielégítéséhez szűkös. Nagy hiányát érezzük a tornaszobának különösen ősszel és télen, amikor kevesebbet tudunk tartózkodni a szabadban. Mozgásra helyet csak úgy tudunk létrehozni ha a csoportszobákban a bútorzatot teljesen átrendezzük. A délutáni óvodai élet külön foglalkozásaira nincs megfelelő helyiségünk. (láb és tartásjavító torna, népi tánc, ovifoci, egyéni fejlesztés). A tornaszoba elsősorban a gyermekek mozgásigényének kielégítését segítené. A mozgás, mozgásos játékok kötelező óvodai tevékenységek végzésének helyszínét biztosítaná, valamint a gyermekek láb és tartásjavításának is teret adna. A sajátos nevelési igényű gyermekeink egyéni fejlesztését szintén a tornaszobában tudnánk zökkenőmentesen megvalósítani. A fenti fő tevékenységen kívül az óvodai ünnepélyek megtartásának helyszíne is lenne (anyák napja, évzáró, gyermeknap). A projekt megvalósíthatósága A beruházás költséghatékony módon, reális és takarékos költségvetéssel tervezett, valamint a költségvetés megfelel a Felhívásban meghatározott költségkorlátoknak. A projekt tervezése során beazonosításra kerültek a végrehajtás lehetséges kockázatai, elemzésüket követően a súlyos kockázatnak minősülő tényezőkre intézkedési tervet dolgoztunk ki. Az ellátási minőség javulása mellett a fejlesztendő szolgáltatás hosszú távú működtetése, pénzügyi, szakmai, és szervezeti fenntarthatósága biztosított. (Hungarian)

The planned extension will be connected to the eastern facade of the building with a small neck member. The extension includes the gym and the function-related equipment, with direct garden connection. The simple mass-forming add-on is designed with a high-roof design, adapted to the existing building, and the connecting neck member has a flat-roofed cover. This reconnection ensures that the structures of the existing building need to be broken down only to a minimum, without breaking the eaves, it is possible to connect to the planned extension. The Municipality plans to carry out the energy renovation of the existing building in the framework of the TOP-3.2.1-15 project, which will take place before the extension foreseen in this tender and which is physically and financially separated from the development under this tender. The boundaries of the extension are solved by means of structures with thermal insulating capacity in accordance with the requirements of Decree No 7/2006. In the course of the development we perform project-proportional accessibility. The objectives set out in the application are in line with the main objective of the call for proposals, which is to support the employment of young children and to help families. The project contributes to the satisfaction of children and parents; parents are keen to administer children in a more functionally rich, aesthetic, better equipped with tools and toys, all of which supports the return of children to the labour market. Technical justification of the project The group rooms of the current kindergarten building have only a floor area corresponding to the number of people. In the absence of a gym room, we find it very difficult to carry out the daily movement of children and the mandatory movement activities, as the floor space of the group rooms is limited to satisfying the mobility needs of children. We feel a great lack of gymnastics especially in autumn and winter, when we can spend less time outdoors. We can only create a place for movement by completely rearranging the furniture in the group rooms. We don't have a suitable room for special sessions in the afternoon kindergarten. (foot and rearing improvement gymnastics, folk dance, ovifoci, individual development). The gym room would primarily help to satisfy the mobility needs of children. It would also provide a place for compulsory activities in kindergarten and for children to improve their feet and support. The individual development of our children with special educational needs could also be carried out smoothly in the gym room. In addition to the above main activity, there would also be a place for holding the kindergarten ceremonies (mother’s day, year-end, children’s day). Objectif du projet L’objectif global du développement est de: B) Améliorer les conditions d ‘infrastructure d’ une éducation maternelle efficace à la maternelle Starlight à Roundharaszti, créant un environnement sain, sûr et esthétique qui favorise le développement physique et mental des enfants d ‘une manière ludique adaptée à l’ âge des enfants. L’objectif spécifique du développement est de: . Agrandissement de la crèche Starlight en fonction des besoins professionnels, au cours de laquelle une nouvelle salle de gym serait reliée au bâtiment de la maternelle. L’extension comprend la salle de sport et l’équipement fonctionnel, avec connexion directe au jardin. Afin de créer un environnement matériel pour les enfants — adapté à leur âge, leur développement et leur sécurité — nous prévoyons d’acheter du matériel. Justification technique du projet Les salles de groupe du bâtiment actuel de la maternelle n’ont qu’une surface de plancher correspondant au nombre de personnes. En l’absence d’une salle de gym, nous trouvons très difficile de réaliser le mouvement quotidien des enfants et les activités de mouvement obligatoires, car l’espace au sol des salles de groupe est limité à satisfaire les besoins de mobilité des enfants. Nous ressentons un grand manque de gymnastique surtout en automne et en hiver, quand nous pouvons passer moins de temps à l’extérieur. Nous ne pouvons créer un lieu de mouvement qu’en réaménageant complètement les meubles dans les salles de groupe. Nous n’avons pas de salle appropriée pour les séances spéciales dans la maternelle de l’après-midi. (amélioration des pieds et de l’élevage gymnastique, danse folklorique, ovifoci, développement individuel). La salle de gym contribuerait avant tout à satisfaire les besoins de mobilité des enfants. Il fournirait également un lieu d ' activités obligatoires dans les jardins d ' enfants et permettrait aux enfants d ' améliorer leurs pieds et leur soutien. Le développement individuel de nos enfants ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux pourrait également être réalisé en douceur dans la salle de gym.
