a) projekt célja: Mezőtúr járási központként a desztinációban élők igényeinek kiszolgálásán túl célként határozza meg a benne rejlő turisztikai potenciál kiaknázását, olyan széleskörű, országos és regionális érdeklődésre is számot tartó programkínálat megvalósítása a cél tehát, amely a lakosság számára is elérhető, emellett a helyi hagyományok és kulturális örökség bemutatására alapuló komplex turisztikai attrakciót hoz létre. A vonzerőfejlesztés hiánypótló kulturális turisztikai kínálat megvalósításán alapul, élményturisztikai elemek bevezetésén túl integrálja a város meglévő és újonnan létrehozott attrakciót így versenyképes, egész napos tartózkodást tesz lehetővé a látogatók számára. A fejlesztés helyi, térségi jelentőségű kulturális vonzerő turisztikai hasznosításán alapul, amely hozzájárul a helyi gazdaság élénkítéséhez és a foglalkoztatás növeléséhez így összhangban áll a felhívás céljaival. A projekt céljai az Üzleti terv 3.4-es fejezetében kerülnek bővebben kifejtésre. b) a projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma a választott önállóan támogatható és önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek körének a bemutatásával együtt Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: a térségben jelentős kulturális és örökségi helyszínek turisztikai fejlesztése, azon belül a térség kulturális adottságaira építő új vonzerők létrehozása és meglévő fejlesztése valósul meg. • Kulturális örökség turisztikai hasznosításához, bemutathatóvá tételéhez kapcsolódó felújítás, bővítés, kiállító és bemutatótér, többfunkciós helyiség kialakítása, fejlesztése történik a projekt kapcsán: o A városháza épületébe kiállítóhelyi funkciók telepítése, kiállítótermek kialakítása, o tetőtéri szintjén (III. emeletén) ajándékbolt, kávézó, és exkluzív rendezvénytér létesítése, o Többfunkciós Kulturális Központ, és Kézművesház turisztikai fogadóképességének javítása, o Kovácsműhely turisztikai fogadóképességének kialakítása, o Szétszórt települési attrakciók integrálása egy turisztikai kínálattá, o A kiállítóhelyhez és az egyéb turisztikai szolgáltatásokhoz kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzések lebonyolítása, o Oktatási, turisztikai filmvetítési lehetőség kialakítása, o Ajándékbolt és kávézó kialakítása a Városháza épületében, • Turistafogadás feltételeinek létrehozása, vendégfogadó terek kialakítása, látogatóbarát funkciók kialakítása, bővítése, a színvonalas turistafogadáshoz szükséges szolgáltatási háttér kialakítása: o toronykilátó és interaktív játék az élmény maximalizálása érdekében, o exkluzív rendezvénytér, múzeumi ajándékbolt (shop) és kávézó a Városházán, o Bemutatóhelyek kialakítása a Kézműves házban o Látvány-kovácsműhely és fogadótér kialakítása a Kovácsműhelyben, o Dottó beszerzése az attrakciók könnyebb elérése érdekében, o Csúzli, innovatív élményelem a szolgáltatási kör bővítéséhez • Komplex turisztikai információs és látogatómenedzsment szolgáltatások létrehozása, o Látogatómenedzsment rendszer kialakítása a Városházán, o Interaktív érintőképernyős terminálok bevezetése az élményszerű bemutatás érdekében, o visual guide rendszer kialakítása – az információk akadálymentes átadása, o érintőképernyős terminálok, imázs film vetítő, a projektről és Mezőtúr nevezetességeiről valamint visual guide rendszer a Többfunkciós Kulturális Központban, • Élményelemeket jelentő technikai fejlesztések, interaktív bemutatási formák kialakítása, o Interaktív érintőképernyős terminálok bevezetése az élményszerű bemutatás érdekében, o visual guide rendszer kialakítása – az információk akadálymentes átadása, o érintőképernyős terminálok, imázs film vetítő, a projektről és Mezőtúr nevezetességeiről valamint visual guide rendszer a Többfunkciós Kulturális Központban, • Időjárás független, illetve célcsoport specifikus kínálati elemek létrehozása, fejlesztése o A létrehozandó attrakciók (Városháza, Kézműves Ház, Kovácsműhely, Többfunkciós Kulturális Központ) fedett, egész évben üzemelő egységek. A létrehozandó kínálati elemek az üzleti terv 3.2.1-es keresletelemzés fejezet, célcsoport elemzés részében kerülnek célcsoport specifikusan kifejtésre. Önállóan nem támogatható, választható tevékenységek: • A turisztikai attrakció kialakításához kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzés. • A kulturális vonzerő egyediségén alapuló versenyképes, innovatív turisztikai tematika kidolgozása, a létrejövő turisztikai termék arculatának megteremtése. • A projekt keretén belül fejlesztendő épület energia hatékony működését javító beruházások, illetve megújuló energiaforrások hasznosítása. Attrakcióhoz kapcsolódó, vendéglátó és kereskedelmi egységek kialakítása. A projekt teljes egészében megfelel a felhívás 3.2 pontjában előírt feltételeknek. d) Felhívás tartalmi értékelési szempontok pontjában előírt feltételek teljesülése tekintetében az Üzleti Terv 6. számú mellékleteként megnevezett külön dokumentumban kívánjuk teljesíteni. the objective of the project: As a district centre of Mezőtúr, in addition to serving the needs of those living in the destination, it defines as an objective the realisation of its potential for tourism, so the goal is to realise a wide range of programmes of national and regional interest, which is accessible to the population, and also creates a complex tourist attraction based on the presentation of local traditions and cultural heritage. The attractiveness development is based on the implementation of the cultural tourism offer that fills the gap. In addition to the introduction of adventure tourism elements, the city integrates the existing and newly created attraction, thus enabling the visitors to stay competitive, all day long. The development is based on the use of a cultural attraction of local and regional importance in tourism, which contributes to boosting the local economy and increasing employment and is therefore in line with the objectives of the call. The objectives of the project are further explained in Section 3.4 of the Business Plan. B) the technical and technical content of the project, together with the presentation of the selected self-eligible and non-eligible activities, are self-eligible activities: the tourist development of major cultural and heritage sites in the region will be realised, including the creation and development of new attractions building on the cultural features of the region. • Renovation, expansion, exhibition space, exhibition space, multifunctional space, development and development of cultural heritage related to the tourist exploitation and presentation of cultural heritage are carried out in connection with the project: O Installation of exhibition space functions in the building of the Town Hall, development of exhibition halls, establishment of a souvenir shop, cafeteria and exclusive event space on the attic level (on the third floor), o Improving the tourist reception capacity of the Multifunctional Cultural Centre and Crafts House, o Creating the tourist reception capacity of the Kovacs workshop, o Integration of scattered municipal attractions into a tourist offer, o Provision of equipment related to the exhibition space and other tourist services, O Establishment of educational and touristic film projection, o Establishment of a gift shop and cafe in the building of the City Hall, • Creation of conditions for tourist reception, establishment of reception spaces, establishment and extension of visitor-friendly functions, establishment of the service background necessary for high-quality tourist reception: O tower lookout and interactive game to maximise the experience, o exclusive event space, museum souvenir shop (shop) and café at the City Hall, o creation of showrooms in the Crafts House o Establishment of a Visual Forge workshop and a reception area in the forge, o Purchase Dottos for easier access to attractions, o Csúzli, an innovative experience element to expand the range of services • Creation of complex tourism information and visitor management services, O Establishment of a visitor management system at the City Hall, o Introduction of Interactive touchscreen terminals for the experience-like presentation, o visual guide system — unobstructed transmission of information, o touch screen terminals, image film projector, about the project and the sights of Mezőtúr, and visual guide system at the Multifunctional Cultural Center, • technical developments constituting experience elements, the development of interactive presentation forms, o Introduction of Interactive touchscreen terminals for experience-like presentation, O visual guide system — the unobstructed transmission of information, o touch screen terminals, image film projector, about the project and the sights of Mezőtúr, and visual guide system at the Multifunctional Cultural Center, • Creating and developing weather independent or target group specific supply elements o Attractions to be created (Városháza, Crafts House, Kovács Workshop, Multifunctional Cultural Center) are covered, operating all year round. The supply elements to be created will be specifically explained in the section of the business plan in the demand analysis section 3.2.1, target group analysis. Optional activities that are not eligible on their own: • Purchase of equipment related to the creation of a tourist attraction. • Developing a competitive, innovative tourism theme based on the uniqueness of cultural attraction and creating the image of the resulting tourism product. • Investments to improve the efficient operation of the building to be developed within the framework of the project and the use of renewable energy sources. L’objectif du projet: En tant que centre de district de Mezőtúr, en plus de répondre aux besoins de ceux qui vivent dans la destination, il définit comme un objectif la réalisation de son potentiel touristique, de sorte que l’objectif est de réaliser un large éventail de programmes d’intérêt national et régional, accessible à la population, et crée également une attraction touristique complexe fondée sur la présentation des traditions locales et du patrimoine culturel. Le développement de l’attractivité est basé sur la mise en œuvre de l’offre touristique culturelle qui comble la lacune. Outre l’introduction d’éléments de tourisme d’aventure, la ville intègre l’attraction existante et nouvellement créée, permettant ainsi aux visiteurs de rester compétitifs, toute la journée. Le développement repose sur l’utilisation d’une attraction culturelle d’importance locale et régionale dans le tourisme, qui contribue à stimuler l’économie locale et à accroître l’emploi et est donc conforme aux objectifs de l’appel. Les objectifs du projet sont expliqués plus en détail à la section 3.4 du plan d’activités.
