A megvásárolni kívánt CNC táblafelosztó berendezés alkalmas arra, hogy a közvetlenül mellé telepített görgős polcrendszerről automatikusan levegye a sokszor 300-400 kg súlyú alapanyagot, majd a hálózatban összeköttetésben lévő vezérlő software-től megkapja a pontos adatokat a leszabni kívánt alumínium alapanyagok méretéről, darabszámáról. A CNC táblafelosztó optimalizálja a kívánt munkadarabok elhelyezését a nyersanyag méretét figyelembe véve, majd leszabja a kívánt darabszámot. A munkadarabok sorban jönnek le a gép tárgyasztaláról, miközben a táblafelosztó gép vonalkódos azonosító címkét ragaszt rá. Így a további megmunkálásnál pontosan nyomon követhető az alapanyag mérete, darabszáma, alapanyag beszállítója. A projekt egyik legfontosabb eredménye, a minőségi és piaci pozíciónk javulása mellett, hogy dolgozóink biztonságosabban tudnak alapanyagot leszabni, a beszerezni kívánt gép munkatere teljesen elzárt a kezelőtől. A jelenleg használt manuális lapszabász gépünkkel az alumínium vágás balesetveszélyes. Jelenleg ez a legveszélyesebb munkahelyünk, ezért ezen szeretnénk változtatni. A beruházással a gyártási folyamatunk jelenleg leggyengébb láncszemét szeretnénk erősíteni, ezzel minimalizálni a selejt gyártás arányát. Az új táblafelosztó gép kezelésével a jelenleg is használatban lévő manuális lapszabász gépünk mellett dolgozó munkatársunk lenne megbízva, így a munkahelye megmarad, csak a legyártott alkatrészek minősége lenne jobb. A gépbeszerzéssel cégünk jobb minőségben, rövidebb határidővel tudja gyártani az alkatrészeket, ezzel elősegítve a cégünk vevői megítélését. (Hungarian)

The CNC board sharing equipment to be purchased is suitable for automatically removing the weight of 300-400 kg from the roller shelving system installed directly next to it, and then the controller software connected in the network provides accurate data on the size and number of aluminium materials to be cut. CNC board divider optimises the placement of the desired workpieces considering the size of the raw material, and then slashes the desired number of pieces. The workpieces come down in a row from the machine’s subject table, while the board splitter sticks a barcode identification label on it. In this way, the size of the raw material, the number of pieces and the supplier of the raw material can be accurately traced during further machining. One of the most important results of the project, besides the improvement of our quality and market position, is that our employees can cut off raw materials in a safer way, the working space of the machine to be purchased is completely blocked from the operator. With our currently used manual sheet cutting machine, aluminum cutting is accidental. It is our most dangerous job right now, so we want to change that. With the investment we want to strengthen the weakest link of our production process, thereby minimising the proportion of scrap production. The management of the new board splitting machine would be entrusted to our staff working in addition to our current manual sheet cutting machine, so your job will be maintained, only the quality of the manufactured parts would be better. With the purchase of machinery, our company can produce parts with better quality and shorter deadlines, thus helping our company’s customer perception. (English)

L’équipement de partage de cartes CNC à acheter est adapté pour enlever automatiquement le poids de 300-400 kg du système de rayonnage à rouleaux installé directement à côté de celui-ci, puis le logiciel de contrôleur connecté dans le réseau fournit des données précises sur la taille et le nombre de matériaux en aluminium à couper. Le diviseur CNC optimise l’emplacement des pièces désirées en tenant compte de la taille de la matière première, puis découpe le nombre désiré de pièces. Les pièces descendent d’une rangée de la table d’objet de la machine, tandis que le diviseur de planches colle une étiquette d’identification de code-barres sur celle-ci. De cette façon, la taille de la matière première, le nombre de pièces et le fournisseur de la matière première peuvent être tracés avec précision lors de l’usinage ultérieur. L’un des résultats les plus importants du projet, outre l’amélioration de notre qualité et de notre position sur le marché, est que nos employés peuvent couper les matières premières de manière plus sûre, l’espace de travail de la machine à acheter est complètement bloqué de l’opérateur. Avec notre machine de découpe manuelle actuellement utilisée, la coupe en aluminium est accidentelle. C’est notre travail le plus dangereux en ce moment, donc nous voulons changer cela. Avec l’investissement, nous voulons renforcer le maillon le plus faible de notre processus de production, réduisant ainsi la proportion de la production de ferraille. La gestion de la nouvelle machine de séparation des planches serait confiée à notre personnel travaillant en plus de notre machine de découpe manuelle actuelle, de sorte que votre travail sera maintenu, seule la qualité des pièces fabriquées serait meilleure. Avec l’achat de machines, notre société peut produire des pièces avec une meilleure qualité et des délais plus courts, aidant ainsi la perception client de notre entreprise. (French)

Die zu erwerbende CNC-Board-Sharing-Ausrüstung eignet sich, um das Gewicht von 300-400 kg aus dem direkt daneben installierten Rollenregalsystem automatisch zu entfernen, und dann liefert die im Netzwerk angeschlossene Steuerungssoftware genaue Daten zur Größe und Anzahl der zu schneidenden Aluminiummaterialien. CNC-Boardteiler optimiert die Platzierung der gewünschten Werkstücke unter Berücksichtigung der Größe des Rohmaterials und schneidet dann die gewünschte Stückzahl ein. Die Werkstücke kommen in einer Reihe vom Motivtisch der Maschine herunter, während der Boardteiler ein Barcode-Identifizierungsetikett darauf klebt. Auf diese Weise können die Größe des Rohstoffs, die Stückzahl und der Rohstofflieferant bei der weiteren Bearbeitung genau nachverfolgt werden. Eines der wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts ist neben der Verbesserung unserer Qualität und Marktposition, dass unsere Mitarbeiter Rohstoffe sicherer abschneiden können, der Arbeitsraum der zu erwerbenden Maschine wird vom Bediener vollständig blockiert. Mit unserer derzeit verwendeten manuellen Blechschneidmaschine ist das Aluminiumschneiden versehentlich. Es ist unsere gefährlichste Arbeit im Moment, also wollen wir das ändern. Mit der Investition wollen wir das schwächste Glied unseres Produktionsprozesses stärken und damit den Anteil der Schrottproduktion minimieren. Die Verwaltung der neuen Board Splitting-Maschine würde unseren Mitarbeitern anvertraut werden, die zusätzlich zu unserer aktuellen manuellen Blechschneidmaschine arbeiten, so dass Ihre Arbeit erhalten bleibt, nur die Qualität der hergestellten Teile wäre besser. Mit dem Kauf von Maschinen kann unser Unternehmen Teile mit besserer Qualität und kürzeren Fristen produzieren und so die Kundenwahrnehmung unseres Unternehmens unterstützen. (German)
