A hagyományos- és NC, CNC forgácsoló kisgépek mellé 2 nagyobb CNC gépek vásárlását tervezzük a szélesebb szolgáltatáspaletta és a jobb minőség elérése céljából. A nagyobb gépekkel lehetőség nyílik nagyobb geometriájú alkatrészek előállítására is, így a versenyképesség feltételeinek megteremtéséhez és fenntartásához is hozzájárul a fejlesztés. A jelen fejlesztés során 2 nagyméretű CNC gép beszerzését tervezzük: Egy darab marógépet OPTI F 150 CNC TC (900x410mm, 9kW) SINUMERIK 828D vezérléssel, valamint egy darab esztergagépet OPTI L44 CNC (446x760mm, 7 kW) SIEMEMS 828 D vezérléssel. A marógép egy Siemens 828 D vezérlésű F 150 TC CNC megmunkáló központ, 0,005 mm marási pontossággal. A nagy megbízhatóságú CNC gép, gyors és pontos elmozdulást tesz lehetővé lineáris vezetékekei segítségével. Precíziósan köszörült, nagyméretű golyós orsókkal rendelkezik tengelyenként, továbbá közvetlenül a golyósorsónál találhatóak az erőteljes szervó motorok is. Köszörült keresztasztal 4 T-horonnyal, 16 táras szerszámcserélő, szerszámkészlet, a munkatér tisztító fúvóka, tisztítópisztoly tartozik a felszereltségéhez. A gép speciális extra funkciói közé tartozik az automatikus kenés, a nagy fordulatszámú főorsó.
