Kapacitás bővítés bemutatása, termék- és szolgáltatás fejlesztési képesség megteremtésének és bővítésének bemutatása: A vállalkozás célja 5 termelő gép, köztük egy 3tengelyes marógép beszerzése. A CNC vezérelt gép egyértelműen hozzájárul a termelési kapacitás bővítéséhez, hiszen adott munkafolyamat elvégzését adott, szükséges időben tudja megvalósítani, akár nagy darabszámú sorozatok gyártását is el tudja végezni a telephelyen. A tervezett 5 gép javítja a Kft. technológiai felkészültségét (MAZAK gép teljesen automata vezérlésű berendezés), versenyképességét (ilyen komplex gépparkkal nem rendelkezik hasonló profilú mikrovállalkozás a térségben) valamint erőforrás hatékonyságát (sorozatgyártás az automata géppel emberi erőforrás minimalizálása mellett, ugyanakkor az üzemi eredmények is javulhatnak a nagyobb kapacitási potenciál miatt). A technológia adaptálását követően a gyártás spektruma szélesedhet: ülések, ülése elemek valamint egyedi, kis szériás termékek kerülnek ki a telephelyről. Ennek köszönhetően a termékpaletta bővülhet eddig nem gyártott termékekkel is, a vállalkozás termelési értékláncban előrelép, továbbá elmondható, hogy az új berendezések segítségével magas hozzáadott értékkel bíró késztermékek előállítása valósulhat meg kompletten saját gyártásban. A gépek beszerzésével egyértelműen javulni fog a Kft. technológiai felkészültsége, hiszen eddig nem használt eszköz is kerül a telephelyre, ezáltal javul a versenyképessége is, mivel a termelési értékláncban előrelép, komolyabb felkészültséget, technikai hátteret elváró megrendelők is bizalmat szavazhatnak a cégnek a megrendeléseik, próbagyártás vonatkozásában. Az új gép beüzemelését követően induló termelési folyamatok segítségével jelentős idő takarítható meg, a megrendelések száma és a termelés volumene növekedhet, a rendelkezésre álló humán erőforrás állomány termelékenységi mutatója javulást mutathat. A fejlesztés hozzájárul a vállalkozás további fejlődéséhez, üzemméretének növeléséhez, likviditás őrzéséhez és a termelési kapacitás bővítéséhez. A projekt előkészítéseként megtörtént a releváns piac felmérése, a megrendelői igények összegzése. Sor került az elérhető legjobb technológia felkutatására és potenciális szállítókkal történő egyeztetések is lezajlottak, kiválasztásra került a megfelelő géppark. A kiválasztást megelőzte a gyártási költségek kalkulációja, ennek vonatkozásában a versenytársak vizsgálata. Mindez együttesen alapozta meg a fejlesztési igény jogosságát és előrevetíti annak megvalósítását követő megtérülését. Presentation of capacity expansion, product and service development capacity creation and expansion: The aim of the company is to acquire 5 production machines, including a 3 axis milling machine. The CNC-controlled machine clearly contributes to the expansion of the production capacity, as it can carry out a given workflow at a given time, and can even produce large number of series at the site. The planned 5 machines improve the technological readiness of the Ltd. (MAZAK machine is fully automatic controlled equipment), its competitiveness (there is no micro-enterprise with a similar profile in the region with this complex machine fleet) and resource efficiency (series production with automatic machine minimising human resources, at the same time the operating results can also improve due to the higher capacity potential). After adaptation of the technology, the production spectrum may widen: meetings, meeting elements and individual, small series products will be released from the site. Thanks to this, the product range can be expanded with products not produced so far, the company moves forward in the production value chain, and it can be said that with the help of new equipment, the production of finished products with high added value can be realised in their own production. With the purchase of the machines, the technological readiness of the Ltd. will be clearly improved, as the equipment not used so far will be placed on the site, thereby improving its competitiveness as it advances in the production value chain and expects more preparation and technical background to the company’s trust in their orders and trial production. Production processes starting after the installation of the new machine can save considerable time, increase the number of orders and production volumes, and the productivity index of the available human resources stock may show an improvement. The development contributes to the further development of the company, to the increase of its plant size, to the preservation of liquidity and to the expansion of production capacity. In preparation for the project, the relevant market was assessed and the customer’s needs were summarised. The best available technology has been searched and consultations with potential suppliers have been carried out, and the appropriate machinery fleet has been selected. The selection was preceded by the calculation of the cost of production and, in this respect, the examination of competitors. All this together established the legitimacy of the development claim and foresees its recovery after its realisation. Présentation de l’expansion des capacités, du développement des produits et des services et de la création et de l’expansion des capacités: L’objectif de l’entreprise est d’acquérir 5 machines de production, dont une fraiseuse à 3 axes. La machine commandée par CNC contribue clairement à l’expansion de la capacité de production, car elle peut effectuer un flux de travail donné à un moment donné, et peut même produire un grand nombre de séries sur le site. Präsentation von Kapazitätserweiterung, Produkt- und Dienstleistungsentwicklung Kapazitätserstellung und -erweiterung: Ziel des Unternehmens ist es, 5 Produktionsmaschinen zu erwerben, darunter eine 3-Achsen-Fräsmaschine. Die CNC-gesteuerte Maschine trägt eindeutig zum Ausbau der Produktionskapazität bei, da sie zu gegebener Zeit einen vorgegebenen Workflow ausführen kann und sogar eine große Anzahl von Serien am Standort produzieren kann. Die geplanten 5 Maschinen verbessern die technologische Bereitschaft der AG (MAZAK-Maschine ist vollautomatisch gesteuerte Ausrüstung), seine Wettbewerbsfähigkeit (es gibt kein Kleinstunternehmen mit ähnlichem Profil in der Region mit dieser komplexen Maschinenflotte) und Ressourceneffizienz (Serienfertigung mit automatischer Maschinenminimierung der Humanressourcen, gleichzeitig können sich die Betriebsergebnisse aufgrund des höheren Kapazitätspotenzials verbessern). Nach Anpassung der Technologie kann sich das Produktionsspektrum erweitern: Meetings, Meeting-Elemente und individuelle, kleine Serienprodukte werden von der Website freigegeben. Damit kann die Produktpalette um bisher nicht produzierte Produkte erweitert werden, das Unternehmen bewegt sich in der Produktionswertschöpfungskette weiter, und man kann sagen, dass mit Hilfe neuer Anlagen die Produktion von Fertigprodukten mit hohem Mehrwert in der eigenen Produktion realisiert werden kann. Mit dem Kauf der Maschinen wird die technologische Bereitschaft der AG deutlich verbessert, da die bisher nicht genutzten Geräte auf dem Gelände platziert werden, wodurch ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung der Produktionswertschöpfungskette verbessert wird und mehr Vorbereitung und technischer Hintergrund für das Vertrauen des Unternehmens in die Auftrags- und Probeproduktion erwartet wird. Produktionsprozesse, die nach der Installation der neuen Maschine beginnen, können erhebliche Zeit sparen, die Anzahl der Aufträge und Produktionsmengen erhöhen, und der Produktivitätsindex des verfügbaren Personalbestands kann eine Verbesserung aufweisen.
