Technológiai eszközök beszerzése: a forgalmazókkal, gyártókkal egyeztetve megtörtént a tevékenységünkhöz szükséges berendezések kiválasztása, ártárgyalás és árajánlatkérés. A projekt megvalósításának legfontosabb lépései a DOOSAN PUMA 2600Y CNC eszterga és ConturoMatic CV120 kontúrmérő berendezés beszerzése A menedzsment tagjai jelen projekthez hasonló fejlesztések végrehajtásában jártasságot szereztek. A projekt eredményeként előálló termékek minősége javul az eddigi gyártmányokhoz képest, a projekt eredményeként termelőkapacitásunk eléri a megfelelő mértéket, a technológiai folyamatok felgyorsulnak, költségeink csökkenek. Acquisition of technological equipment: in consultation with the distributors and manufacturers, the equipment needed for our activities was selected, price negotiation and request for quotation. The most important steps in the implementation of the project are the acquisition of DOOSAN PUMA 2600Y CNC lathes and ConturoMatic CV120 contour measuring equipment. The management members gained proficiency in implementing developments similar to those of this project. The quality of the products produced as a result of the project improves compared to the previous products, as a result of the project our production capacity reaches the right level, the technological processes are accelerated and our costs are reduced. Acquisition d’équipements technologiques: en consultation avec les distributeurs et les fabricants, l’équipement nécessaire à nos activités a été sélectionné, la négociation des prix et la demande de devis. Les étapes les plus importantes de la mise en œuvre du projet sont l’acquisition des tours CNC DOOSAN PUMA 2600Y et de l’équipement de mesure de contour ConturoMatic CV120. La qualité des produits produits grâce au projet s’améliore par rapport aux produits précédents, grâce au projet, notre capacité de production atteint le bon niveau, les processus technologiques sont accélérés et nos coûts sont réduits. Erwerb technologischer Ausrüstung: in Absprache mit den Händlern und Herstellern wurde die für unsere Aktivitäten benötigte Ausrüstung ausgewählt, Preisverhandlungen und Angebotsanfrage. Die wichtigsten Schritte bei der Umsetzung des Projekts sind der Erwerb von DOOSAN PUMA 2600Y CNC-Drehmaschinen und ConturoMatic CV120 Konturmessgeräten. Die Managementmitglieder haben sich in der Umsetzung ähnlicher Entwicklungen wie dieses Projektes bewährt. Die Qualität der durch das Projekt hergestellten Produkte verbessert sich im Vergleich zu den bisherigen Produkten. Durch das Projekt erreicht unsere Produktionskapazität das richtige Niveau, die technologischen Prozesse werden beschleunigt und unsere Kosten gesenkt. (German)
