A projektben kizárólag új eszközök beszerzése szerepel. Az acélszekezet gyártásnak az előgyártási - hidegalakítási - műveleteként gyakran előfordul az élhajlítás. A megvásárolni kívánt élhajlító gép a művelet csúcstechnológiáját jelenti, a CNC vezérlés biztosítja a maximális megmunkálási pontosságot, ezáltal a termék a legszigorúbb világpiaci követelményeknek is meg tud felelni. A cég jelenleg nem rendelkezik ilyen berendezéssel, így sok esetben olyan megrendeléseket kell visszautasítani, melyekben az élhajítás mint munkafázis szerepel. A félautomata fémipari szalagfűrész a megmunkálás első műveleteként az alapanyagok méretre vágását végzi, különféle típusú és méretű szelvényeket nagy pontossággal és nagy volumenben képes méretre vágni. A megvásárolni kívánt gép megtestesíti a legújabb fejlesztési eredményeket, ezáltal fokozza a termelékenységet és csökkenti az önköltséget. A késztermék tehergépkocsira való rakása és az üzemek közötti anyagmozgatás egyaránt igényli a nagy teherbírású berendezés használatát. A cég villamos energia felhasználásáa a nagy teljesítményű villamos motorral hajtott gépek miatt jelentős költséget képvisel. Ezen költség csökkentése érdekében a villamos energia termelésre alkalmas napelemes rendszer telepítése a megoldás. A telephely épületeinek tetőszerkezete alkalmas arra, hogy napemeket lehessen a tetőszerkezetre tenni. A jelenleg kiépített villamos energia hálózat alkalmas a megtermel villamos energia fogadására. A termelés irányítási rndszer bevezetésével a gyártási tevékenység a grendeléstől a kész termék kiszállításáig teljesen átláthatóvá válik, szükség esetén a termelési fázis bármely szakaszában a beavatkozás lehetésges. Így elkerülhető a fölösleges anyag és időráfordítás egy -egy gyártmány esetén. Összefoglalva elmondható, hogy az étékesebb világszínvonalú gyártóberendezésekkel szintén világszínvonalú termékek előállítása a cél, így a feldolgozottsági fok az acélszerkezetek közt a legmagasabb szintet célozza, így a hozzáadtt érték is a legmagasabb.
