A pályázat keretében intézményünk a Szakdolgozói képzési programok az intézményi hiányszakmaként jelentkező szakmákra nyújtja be a támogatási kérelmet, mellyel a jogszabályban előírt feltételek teljesüléséhez szükséges és meghatározott szakképesítéssel rendelkező humánerőforrást szeretnénk biztosítani. A projekt keretében 8 szakmában – egészségügyi gyakorlatvezető, felnőtt intenzív szakápoló, sürgősségi szakápoló, aneszteziológiai szakasszisztens, műtéti szakasszisztens, diabetológiai szakápoló, légzőszervi szakápoló, betegkísérő -, 14 fő szakképzését tervezzük, mely a szakdolgozói létszám 5,5%-a. Ezáltal az egészségügyi szakmai tevékenység végzésére jogosító képesítéssel rendelkezők aránya növekedne, mely elősegíti a jogszabályi előírásoknak való megfelelést. Ezzel javulhat a betegellátás minősége, az ellátás színvonala, és nem utolsó sorban a kvalifikált munkaerő biztosításával változhat az egészségügyi ellátórendszer társadalmi megítélése is. Within the framework of the application, our institution submits the application for funding for the professions that appear as institutional shortages, with the aim of providing the human resources required to meet the legal requirements and with a specific qualification. As part of the project, we plan the training of 14 people in 8 professions — health practice manager, adult intensive care specialist, emergency nurse, anesthesiology assistant, surgical assistant, diabetological nurse, respiratory nurse, patient attendant — which represents 5.5 % of the number of professionals. This would increase the proportion of those qualified to carry out medical professional activities, which will help to comply with the legal requirements. This could improve the quality of patient care, the quality of care and, last but not least, the social perception of the healthcare system by ensuring a qualified workforce. (English)

Dans le cadre de la demande, notre institution soumet la demande de financement pour les professions qui apparaissent comme des pénuries institutionnelles, dans le but de fournir les ressources humaines nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences légales et avec une qualification spécifique. Dans le cadre du projet, nous planifions la formation de 14 personnes dans 8 professions — gestionnaire de la pratique de la santé, spécialiste des soins intensifs pour adultes, infirmière d’urgence, assistante en anesthésie, assistante chirurgicale, infirmière diabétologique, infirmière respiratoire, accompagnatrice de patients — ce qui représente 5,5 % du nombre de professionnels, ce qui augmenterait la proportion de personnes qualifiées pour exercer des activités médicales, ce qui contribuera à respecter les exigences légales. Cela pourrait améliorer la qualité des soins aux patients, la qualité des soins et, enfin, la perception sociale du système de santé en garantissant une main-d’œuvre qualifiée. (French)
