A kapcsolati erőszakot elszenvedettek elleni erőszak az emberi jogok megsértése, amely gyakorlatilag világszerte az egyik leggyakrabban előforduló emberi jogi sérelem. Az erőszak - mely lehet fizikai és lelki bántalmazás - nagy részét az otthon közegén belül követik el, családban és egyéb intim kapcsolatokban. A társadalmunkban fennálló szociális és gazdasági körülmények miatt sok saját családtagjai által bántalmazott nőnek és gyermeknek, illetve férfinak és gyermeknek kell elhagynia otthonát, hogy védelemhez, biztonsághoz jusson. Nagy részüket a krízisellátás fogadja be. A krízisellátások a nők, férfiak és gyermekek elleni erőszak elleni küzdelem fontos intézményei. Amióta (2006) létrehozták az első krízisotthonokat, azok fontos szerepet töltenek be a társadalom fejlődésében. Nem csak azért, mert a bántalmazottak számára biztonságos környezetet nyújtanak, hanem azért is, mert elősegítik az egyenlő jogokat és esélyeket a nőknek, férfiaknak, gyermekeknek azáltal, hogy garantálják az alapvető emberi jogot a testi, érzelmi és mentális sérthetetlenséghez. Intézményünk 2007 óta csatlakozott a krízisközpontok közé, 2010-ig 25 fős befogadású krízisotthont működtettünk, majd az új szerződés megkötését követően 4-6 fő fogadására alkalmas Krízisközpontunk segíti az áldozatokat. A krízisközpontok kizárólag a kapcsolati erőszak miatt kialakult akut krízishelyzetek okán otthonukat elhagyni kényszerülő bántalmazottak és családtagjaik számára nyújtanak teljes ellátást és jogi, szociális, valamint pszichológiai segítséget négy hét időtartamra, mely további négy héttel meghosszabbítható. Jelen pályázattal a Családok Átmeneti Otthona intézményébe szeretnénk Krízisközpontot integrálni, mely 6 fő fogadására lenne alkalmas. (Hungarian)

Violence against those who have suffered domestic violence is a violation of human rights, which is virtually one of the most common human rights violations worldwide. Most of the violence, which can be physical and psychological abuse, is committed within the home environment, in the family and in other intimate relationships. Because of the social and economic conditions in our society, many women and children abused by their own family members, as well as men and children, have to leave their homes in order to have protection and safety. Most of them are hosted by Crisis Services. Crisis provision is an important institution in the fight against violence against women, men and children. Since the creation of the first crisis homes (2006), they have played an important role in the development of society. Not only because they provide a safe environment for abused people, but also because they promote equal rights and opportunities for women, men and children by guaranteeing the fundamental human right to physical, emotional and mental integrity. Our institution has joined the crisis centers since 2007, we have operated a crisis home with 25 people until 2010, and after the conclusion of the new contract our Crisis Centre is able to accommodate 4-6 people. Crisis centres provide full care and legal, social and psychological assistance for four weeks, which can be extended by a further four weeks, to those who have been forced to leave their homes as a result of acute crises caused by domestic violence and their family members. With this application, we would like to integrate a crisis centre into the institution of the Transitional Home for Families, which would be suitable for 6 people. (English)

La violence à l’encontre de ceux qui ont subi des violences domestiques est une violation des droits de l’homme, qui est pratiquement l’une des violations les plus courantes des droits de l’homme dans le monde. La plupart des violences, qui peuvent être des sévices physiques et psychologiques, sont commises dans le milieu familial, au sein de la famille et dans d’autres relations intimes. En raison de la situation sociale et économique de notre société, beaucoup de femmes et d’enfants maltraités par des membres de leur propre famille, ainsi que des hommes et des enfants, doivent quitter leur foyer pour avoir protection et sécurité. La plupart d’entre eux sont hébergés par Crisis Services. L’intervention en cas de crise est une institution importante dans la lutte contre la violence à l’égard des femmes, des hommes et des enfants. Depuis la création des premiers foyers de crise (2006), ils ont joué un rôle important dans le développement de la société. Non seulement parce qu’ils offrent un environnement sûr aux personnes maltraitées, mais aussi parce qu’ils favorisent l’égalité des droits et des chances pour les femmes, les hommes et les enfants en garantissant le droit fondamental à l’intégrité physique, émotionnelle et mentale. Notre institution a rejoint les centres de crise depuis 2007, nous avons exploité une maison de crise avec 25 personnes jusqu’en 2010, et après la conclusion du nouveau contrat notre centre de crise est en mesure d’accueillir 4-6 personnes. Les centres d ' urgence fournissent des soins complets et une assistance juridique, sociale et psychologique pendant quatre semaines, qui peuvent être prolongées de quatre semaines supplémentaires, à ceux qui ont été contraints de quitter leur foyer à la suite de crises aiguës causées par la violence familiale et les membres de leur famille. Avec cette application, nous voudrions intégrer un centre de crise dans l’institution du foyer de transition pour les familles, qui serait adapté pour 6 personnes. (French)
