A projekt megvalósítási helyszíne 7100 Szekszárd, Sárvíz utca hrsz: 4079/2. A telek Szekszárdon található, terepadottságait tekintve, vízszintes területen. A tervezett épület a keleti és déli telekhatártól 5,00 m-re kerül elhelyezésre. A tervezett gyártócsarnokban a gyártást kiszolgáló helyiségeken kívül (raktár csarnok, gyártócsarnok, szortírozó, előkészítő és tampon nyomó helyiségek), egy iroda és szociális blokk is helyet kapott. Az itt dolgozóknak egy tágas teakonyha és külön női és férfi vizesblokkok állnak rendelkezésre. Ezekben egy öltöző, zuhanyzó és WC helyiség különül el egymástól. Az gyártócsarnok minden oldalról zárt, acél szerkezetű építmény, mely 24,0 m-es fesztávolságú keretállásokkal készül 6 m-es raszterben elhelyezve. Az épület homlokzata és tetőszerkezete is szendvicspanel borítást kap. Az épület körül 50,0 cm magasságban vasbeton lábazati fal készül. A szociális blokk megközelítéséhez egyszárnyú, míg a gyártó részhez szekciónált ajtó kerültek elhelyezésre. A csarnok oldalfalaiba műanyag szerkezetű ablakok kerültek betervezésre. A belső nyílászárók is műanyagból készülnek. Az épület körül térkő burkolat készül. A tervezési program egy új gyártócsarnok építését jelenti. A tervezett csarnok négyszög alapterületű, acél szerkezetű, nyeregtetős épület. Beszerzendő termelőeszközök: 1 db DXBG4-01-FP-PU adagoló berendezés: megoldást nyújt a két komponensű alacsony és vagy közepes viszkozitású gyanta rendszerek megfelelő keverésére és kiadagolására 1 db Ricoh SG3110DN szublimációs nyomtató: mérgező anyagoktól mentes műanyag alapú festékkel nyomtató készülék 1 db CT3868 Síkprés Méret: 38x38cm, Széles nyitószög 50°, Gyors felfűtés 200°C-cca. 10 perc 1 db CT-M55 Bögreprés 2db fűtőbetét 72-82mm , Kompakt kivitel 3 db PMC2PS90 Tamponnyomó Állványos kivitelű, zárt rendszerű, kétszínes, tamponnyomógép. The implementation site of the project is 7100 Szekszárd, Sárvíz utca hrsz: 4079/2. The plot is located in Szekszárd, in terms of terrain, in a horizontal area. The planned building is located at 5.00 m from the eastern and southern boundary. In addition to the production rooms (store hall, production hall, sorting room, preparation and tampon printing rooms), an office and a social block were also located in the planned production hall. There is a spacious kitchenette and separate sanitary facilities for women and men. In them, a dressing room, shower and toilet room are separated from each other. The production hall is a closed steel structure from all sides, which is made with 24.0 m frame positions in a 6 m raster. The facade and roof structure of the building are covered with sandwich panels. The building at a height of 50.0 cm is made of reinforced concrete plinth wall. A single-wing door was placed for access to the social block, while a door was placed at the manufacturer’s section. Windows with plastic structure have been designed in the side walls of the hall. Interior doors are also made of plastic. The building is surrounded by a stone cladding. The design programme refers to the construction of a new production hall. The design hall is a rectangular building with a steel structure with a saddle roof.
