A projektet pályázati formába öntését alapos és gondos előkészítési munkálatok előzték meg. Az technológiai berendezések beszerzésével kapcsolatban az előkészítés során több forgalmazót is megkerestünk és kértünk ajánlatot. A kiválasztás során az ár mellett figyelemmel kellett lennünk a professzionális igénybevételre és a technológia által megkövetelt műszaki paraméterekre is. Komoly fejlesztést hajtunk végre a gyártástechnológiánkban is az alábbi magas műszaki színvonalú ipari felhasználásra tervezett gépek beszerzésével: 1. Biesse Skill 1536 G FT CNC megmunkáló központ: A BIESSE SKILL G FT Cnc megmunkáló központot kimondottan nesting eljárással készülő alkatrészek megmunkálására fejlesztették ki. Munkaterület: 3765 mm x 1585 mm, Maximális felrakható munkadarab magasság 170 mm, Függőleges fúrók 10 db, Fúróegység motor teljesítmény: 1,7-3 kW, Maróegység motor teljesítmény: 13,2 kW, Főorsó szerszámbefogása: ISO 30, Főorsó fordulatszám tartomány: 1000-24000, Revolver szerszámtár, berakható szerszámok száma 12 db, Tengelyek sebessége X/Y/Z 60/60/20 m/min 2. In addition to the price, we had to pay attention to the professional usage and the technical parameters required by the technology.
