Az ONGROPACK Kft. jelen, nettó 215.762.750 Ft összköltségű projektjében termelési kapacitásának bővítésére kerül sor új termelő eszköz beszerzésével. A projekt előkészítéseként felmérésre kerültek a vevői és piaci igények, mely alapján kialakításra került a beruházás stratégiája. A társaság vezetősége döntést hozott a szükséges eszköz beszerzéséről, valamint arról, hogy a beruházáshoz szükséges önrészt saját forrásból biztosítja. A fejlesztés részletes szakmai tartalma: Eszközbeszerzés (nettó 215.762.750 Ft értékben) A megvalósítandó beruházás eleme alapvetően a termelési kapacitás és hatékonyság növelése céljából kerül beszerzésre, tekintettel az ipari sajátosságaik miatt speciális igényekkel rendelkező (gyógyszeripari és élelmiszeripari) vevők elvárásaira. A termelési kapacitás bővítése érdekében az alábbi eszköz beszerzése valósul meg: 1 db Coperion PVC Mixing Line keverősor beszerzése. Az új keverősoron nem csak lemez, de keményfólia termékekhez készült PVC keverék is előállítható, így a meglévő keményfólia termelés biztonsága is megnő. A keverősor kapacitása 15.000 tonna/év, mely megalapozza a következő öt éves időszak növekedését. A coperion PVC Mixing Line főbb részei: 1. PVC Bemérő 2. Mikro adalékmérő rendszer 3. Makro adalékmérő rendszer 4. Elektronikus működtetésű mérleg, folyékony összetevők mérésére 5. Központi elszívás 6. Fűtő/hűtő keverő, MTI ECO-sor 7. Kiszerelő tartály/tartály kivételével 8. In the present project of Ongropack Kft. with a total cost of HUF 215,762,750, the production capacity will be expanded by the purchase of new production equipment. In preparation for the project, the customer and market needs were assessed, based on which the strategy of the investment was developed. The management of the company made a decision to purchase the necessary assets and to provide the own contribution necessary for the investment from its own resources. Detailed professional content of the development: Purchase of equipment (HUF 215,762,750 net) The element of the investment to be carried out is essentially to increase production capacity and efficiency, taking into account the expectations of customers with special needs (pharmaceutical and food) due to their industrial specificities. In order to increase production capacity, the following equipment will be purchased: Purchase of 1 pcs Coperion PVC Mixing Line mixing line. The new mixing line can produce not only sheet, but also PVC mixtures for hard film products, thus increasing the safety of existing hard film production. The mixing line has a capacity of 15,000 tonnes/year, which will underpin an increase in the next five-year period. The main parts of the coperion PVC Mixing Line are: 1. PVC meter 2. Micro-additive measurement system 3. Macro additive measurement system 4. Electronic operated scales for measuring liquid components 5. Central extraction 6. Heating/cooling mixer, MTI ECO series 7.
