The implemented project will involve actions relating to the improvement and modernisation of the infrastructure of the border crossing. The implementation of the project will serve the improvement of infrastructure and border procedures, and boosting of safety while crossing the border between the two countries. The number of road lanes for passenger cars and heavy goods vehicles will be increased. It must be stressed that the initiative is also connected with the common position of the Polish side and the Belarusian side, including the border services of both sides, that was also presented in meetings of the Subcommittee of Border Crossings and Infrastructure of the Poland-Belarus Intergovernmental Coordination Committee on Cross-border Cooperation. The partnership meetings with the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus indicated that the Belarusian partner has undertaken actions aimed at remodelling the road system on their side. The restructuring of the road system in both border posts will improve the capacity of the border crossing and will speed up the control process of vehicles waiting in lines. This will streamline the border traffic, reducing the queues in sensitive periods of the year, not only in the border crossing platform, but also along the national road no. 19 before the border crossing. The implementation of the project will be beneficial for the border guard, customs chamber, the staff of the Border Crossing Service Unit using the created infrastructure, as well as entrepreneurs and local authorities. The implementation of the project will improve the cross-border effect. The border crossing services for person, means of transport, and flow of goods within international trade will be improved. The strategic result is the fulfilment of Schengen zone standards in relation to the protection of the external borders of the EU. (Polish)

Le projet mis en œuvre comprendra des actions liées à l’amélioration et à la modernisation de l’infrastructure du passage des frontières. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à l’amélioration des infrastructures et des procédures frontalières, ainsi qu’au renforcement de la sécurité tout en franchissant la frontière entre les deux pays. Le nombre de voies routières pour les voitures particulières et les poids lourds sera augmenté. Il convient de souligner que l’initiative est également liée à la position commune de la partie polonaise et de la partie biélorusse, y compris les services frontaliers des deux parties, qui a également été présentée lors des réunions du sous-comité des franchissements des frontières et des infrastructures du Comité intergouvernemental de coordination de la coopération transfrontalière Pologne-Bélarus. Les réunions de partenariat avec le Comité national des douanes de la République du Bélarus ont indiqué que le partenaire bélarussien avait entrepris des actions visant à remodeler le réseau routier de son côté. La restructuration du système routier dans les deux postes frontaliers améliorera la capacité du passage de la frontière et accélérera le processus de contrôle des véhicules en attente en ligne. Das durchgeführte Projekt umfasst Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung und Modernisierung der Infrastruktur des Grenzübergangs. Die Durchführung des Projekts dient der Verbesserung der Infrastruktur- und Grenzverfahren sowie der Verbesserung der Sicherheit beim Grenzübertritt zwischen den beiden Ländern. Die Zahl der Fahrspuren für Personenkraftwagen und schwere Nutzfahrzeuge wird erhöht. Es muss betont werden, dass die Initiative auch mit dem Gemeinsamen Standpunkt der polnischen Seite und der belarussischen Seite, einschließlich der Grenzdienste beider Seiten, verbunden ist, der auch in Sitzungen des Unterausschusses für Grenzübertritte und Infrastrukturen des zwischenstaatlichen Koordinierungsausschusses Polen-Belarus für die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit vorgestellt wurde. In den Partnerschaftssitzungen mit dem Staatlichen Zollausschuss der Republik Belarus wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass der belarussische Partner Maßnahmen zur Umgestaltung des Straßensystems auf ihrer Seite ergriffen hat. Die Umstrukturierung des Straßensystems an beiden Grenzkontrollstellen wird die Kapazität des Grenzübergangs verbessern und den Kontrollprozess für Fahrzeuge, die in Linien warten, beschleunigen. Dies wird den Grenzverkehr straffen und die Warteschlangen in sensiblen Zeiträumen des Jahres nicht nur auf der Grenzübergangsplattform, sondern auch entlang der Staatsstraße Nr. 19 vor dem Grenzübergang verringern. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird für Grenzschutzbeamte, Zollkammern, das Personal der Grenzübergangsstelle, die die geschaffene Infrastruktur nutzt, sowie für Unternehmer und lokale Behörden von Vorteil sein. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird die grenzüberschreitende Wirkung verbessern. Die Grenzübertrittsdienste für Personen, Transportmittel und Warenfluss innerhalb des internationalen Handels werden verbessert. Strategisches Ergebnis ist die Erfüllung der Standards des Schengen-Raums in Bezug auf den Schutz der Außengrenzen der EU. (German)

Het uitgevoerde project omvat acties met betrekking tot de verbetering en modernisering van de infrastructuur voor de grensovergang. De uitvoering van het project zal ten goede komen aan de verbetering van de infrastructuur en de grensprocedures en aan de verbetering van de veiligheid bij het overschrijden van de grens tussen de twee landen. Het aantal rijstroken voor personenauto’s en vrachtwagens zal worden verhoogd. Er zij op gewezen dat het initiatief ook verband houdt met het gemeenschappelijk standpunt van Poolse en Belarussische zijde, met inbegrip van de grensdiensten van beide partijen, dat ook is gepresenteerd tijdens vergaderingen van het Subcomité grensoverschrijding en infrastructuur van het Intergouvernementele Coördinatiecomité voor grensoverschrijdende samenwerking Polen-Wit-Rusland. Uit de partnerschapsvergaderingen met het staatsdouanecomité van de Republiek Belarus is gebleken dat de Belarussische partner maatregelen heeft genomen om het wegennet aan hun zijde te verbouwen. De herstructurering van het wegennet in beide grensposten zal de capaciteit van de grensoverschrijding verbeteren en het controleproces van voertuigen die in de rijen wachten, versnellen. Dit zal het grensverkeer stroomlijnen en de wachtrijen in gevoelige perioden van het jaar verminderen, niet alleen op het grensovergangsplatform, maar ook langs de nationale weg nr. 19 vóór de grensovergang. De uitvoering van het project zal gunstig zijn voor de grenswacht, de douanekamer, het personeel van de eenheid Grensoverschrijding die gebruik maakt van de gecreëerde infrastructuur, alsook voor ondernemers en lokale autoriteiten. De uitvoering van het project zal het grensoverschrijdende effect verbeteren. De grensoverschrijdingsdiensten voor personen, vervoermiddelen en goederenstromen binnen de internationale handel zullen worden verbeterd. Het strategische resultaat is de naleving van de normen van de Schengenzone met betrekking tot de bescherming van de buitengrenzen van de EU. (Dutch)

Il progetto attuato comprenderà azioni relative al miglioramento e all'ammodernamento delle infrastrutture del valico di frontiera. L'attuazione del progetto servirà a migliorare le infrastrutture e le procedure di frontiera e a rafforzare la sicurezza attraversando la frontiera tra i due paesi. Il numero di corsie stradali per le autovetture e gli automezzi pesanti sarà aumentato. Va sottolineato che l'iniziativa è collegata anche alla posizione comune della parte polacca e della parte bielorussa, compresi i servizi di frontiera di entrambe le parti, che è stata presentata anche nelle riunioni del sottocomitato per i valichi di frontiera e le infrastrutture del comitato di coordinamento intergovernativo Polonia-Bielorussia per la cooperazione transfrontaliera. Le riunioni di partenariato con il comitato doganale statale della Repubblica di Bielorussia hanno indicato che il partner bielorusso ha intrapreso azioni volte a rimodellare il sistema stradale dalla loro parte. La ristrutturazione del sistema stradale in entrambi i posti di frontiera migliorerà la capacità del valico di frontiera e accelererà il processo di controllo dei veicoli in attesa nelle linee. El proyecto ejecutado incluirá acciones relacionadas con la mejora y modernización de la infraestructura del paso fronterizo. La ejecución del proyecto servirá para mejorar las infraestructuras y los procedimientos fronterizos, así como para reforzar la seguridad al cruzar la frontera entre los dos países. Se incrementará el número de carriles de carretera para los turismos y los vehículos pesados de transporte de mercancías. Cabe destacar que la iniciativa también está relacionada con la posición común de la parte polaca y la parte bielorrusa, incluidos los servicios fronterizos de ambas partes, que también se presentó en las reuniones del Subcomité de cruces fronterizos e infraestructuras del Comité Intergubernamental de Coordinación de la Cooperación Transfronteriza Polonia-Belarús. Las reuniones de asociación con el Comité Estatal de Aduanas de la República de Belarús indicaron que el socio bielorruso había emprendido medidas encaminadas a remodelar el sistema de carreteras por su parte. Se mejorarán los servicios de cruce de fronteras para las personas, los medios de transporte y el flujo de mercancías dentro del comercio internacional.
