Improvement of quality of healthcare in the area of orthopedics/rheumatology with a particular focus on osteoporosis – it is common PL-BY cross-border project challenge. Both partners point out common areas for improvement in this matter: insufficient medical infrastructure, lack of specialists focused on osteoporosis, lack of model solutions in diagnostics and treatment, low level of health awareness of inhabitants and its consequences, ect. The overall project objective is development of health protection in PL-BY borderland through implementation of joint initiative of Grodno and Suwalki Hospitals ‘Model Health Care Program to Fight Osteoporosis’, enhancing access to high quality health care services for diagnostics and treatment of osteoporosis, which will be achieved through the following changes to current situation: improvement of medical infrastructure, increasing expertise level of medical staff on base of exchange of experiences, good practices, deepen knowledge, increasing awareness of inhabitants on the role of prevention and early diagnosis to take effective treatment and lead normal, comfortable lifestyle. Project outputs i.e. implementation of 1 medical Model Health Care Program to Fight Osteoporosis for inhabitants of Podlaskie and Grodno regions, in which 85 pcs of specialized medical equipment will be bought and 2 facilities will be improved (Suwalki and Grodno Hospital) for improvement of 2 health care service (diagnostics and treatment of osteoporosis in Suwałki and Grodno Hospitals), covering 35 events supporting the development of public health for 2804 participants, all this will result in enhanced access to health care in the fields of osteoporosis for 1,82 mln adults. Amélioration de la qualité des soins de santé dans le domaine de l’orthopédie/rhumatologie, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur l’ostéoporose — il s’agit d’un défi commun de projet transfrontalier PL-BY. Les deux partenaires soulignent des domaines communs d’amélioration en la matière: L’insuffisance des infrastructures médicales, le manque de spécialistes axés sur l’ostéoporose, le manque de solutions modèles en matière de diagnostic et de traitement, le faible niveau de sensibilisation des habitants à la santé et ses conséquences, ect. L’objectif global du projet est de développer la protection de la santé dans la zone frontalière de PL-BY par la mise en œuvre d’une initiative conjointe du programme modèle de soins de santé des hôpitaux Grodno et Suwalki pour lutter contre l’ostéoporose, améliorant l’accès à des services de soins de santé de haute qualité pour le diagnostic et le traitement de l’ostéoporose, ce qui sera atteint grâce aux changements suivants à la situation actuelle: amélioration des infrastructures médicales, renforcement du niveau d’expertise du personnel médical sur la base de l’échange d’expériences, de bonnes pratiques, approfondir les connaissances, sensibiliser les habitants au rôle de la prévention et du diagnostic précoce pour prendre un traitement efficace et mener un mode de vie normal et confortable. Résultats du projet, c’est-à-dire la mise en œuvre d’un programme modèle médical de soins de santé pour lutter contre l’ostéoporose pour les habitants des régions de Podlaskie et de Grodno, dans lequel 85 pièces de matériel médical spécialisé seront achetées et 2 installations seront améliorées (hôpital de Suwalki et Grodno) pour améliorer 2 services de santé (diagnostic et traitement de l’ostéoporose dans les hôpitaux de Suwałki et de Grodno), couvrant 35 événements soutenant le développement de la santé publique pour 2804 participants, tout cela permettra d’améliorer l’accès aux soins de santé dans les domaines de l’ostéoporose pour 1,82 million d’adultes. L’approche transfrontalière permettra d’exploiter de manière optimale le potentiel, le savoir-faire et les bonnes pratiques, et de combler les lacunes de chacune des institutions partenaires afin d’atteindre un niveau optimal et un accès maximal à des soins de santé de qualité dans le domaine des frontières PL-BY. Verbesserung der Qualität der Gesundheitsversorgung im Bereich der Orthopädie/Rheumatologie mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Osteoporose – es ist eine gemeinsame grenzübergreifende Herausforderung PL-BY. Beide Partner weisen auf gemeinsame Bereiche für Verbesserungen in dieser Angelegenheit hin: unzureichende medizinische Infrastruktur, Mangel an Spezialisten, die sich auf Osteoporose konzentrieren, Mangel an Modelllösungen in der Diagnostik und Behandlung, geringes Gesundheitsbewusstsein der Bewohner und ihre Folgen, ect. Das übergeordnete Projektziel ist die Entwicklung des Gesundheitsschutzes in PL-BY-Grenzland durch die Umsetzung der gemeinsamen Initiative der Grodno- und Suwalki-Krankenhäuser „Model Health Care Program to Fight Osteoporose“ (Model Health Care Program to Fight Osteoporose), wodurch der Zugang zu qualitativ hochwertigen Gesundheitsdiensten zur Diagnostik und Behandlung von Osteoporose verbessert wird, die durch folgende Änderungen der aktuellen Situation erreicht werden: Verbesserung der medizinischen Infrastruktur, Erhöhung des Fachwissens des medizinischen Personals auf der Grundlage des Erfahrungsaustauschs, bewährter Verfahren, Vertiefung des Wissens, Sensibilisierung der Einwohner für die Rolle der Prävention und Frühdiagnose für eine wirksame Behandlung und Führung eines normalen und komfortablen Lebensstils. Projektergebnisse, d. h. die Umsetzung eines medizinischen Modell-Gesundheitsprogramms zur Bekämpfung von Osteoporose für Einwohner der Regionen Podlaskie und Grodno, in dem 85 Stück medizinische Spezialausrüstung gekauft und 2 Einrichtungen verbessert werden (Suwalki und Grodno Krankenhaus) zur Verbesserung von 2 Gesundheitsdiensten (Diagnostik und Behandlung von Osteoporose in Suwałki und Grodno Krankenhäuser), die 35 Veranstaltungen zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung der öffentlichen Gesundheit für 2804 Teilnehmer umfassen, werden alle zu einem verbesserten Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung in den Bereichen Osteoporose für 1,82 Millionen Erwachsene führen. Der grenzüberschreitende Ansatz wird eine optimale Nutzung des Potenzials, des Know-hows und der bewährten Verfahren ermöglichen und die Lücken der einzelnen Partnerinstitutionen schließen, um ein optimales Niveau und den bestmöglichen Zugang zu hochwertiger Gesundheitsversorgung im Bereich der PL-BY-Grenze zu erreichen. Verbetering van de kwaliteit van de gezondheidszorg op het gebied van orthopedie/reumatologie, met bijzondere aandacht voor osteoporose — het is een veel voorkomende PL-BY grensoverschrijdende projectuitdaging. Beide partners wijzen op gemeenschappelijke gebieden voor verbetering op dit gebied: onvoldoende medische infrastructuur, gebrek aan specialisten gericht op osteoporose, gebrek aan modeloplossingen in diagnostiek en behandeling, een laag gezondheidsbewustzijn van inwoners en de gevolgen daarvan, ect. De algemene projectdoelstelling is de ontwikkeling van gezondheidsbescherming in PL-BY-grensland door de uitvoering van gezamenlijk initiatief van Grodno en Suwalki Hospitals „Model Health Care Program to Fight Osteoporosis”, waardoor de toegang tot hoogwaardige gezondheidszorgdiensten voor diagnostiek en behandeling van osteoporose wordt verbeterd, hetgeen zal worden bereikt door de volgende veranderingen in de huidige situatie: verbetering van de medische infrastructuur, verhoging van het deskundigheidsniveau van medisch personeel op basis van de uitwisseling van ervaringen, goede praktijken, verdieping van de kennis, vergroting van het bewustzijn van de bevolking over de rol van preventie en vroegtijdige diagnose om een doeltreffende behandeling te nemen en een normale, comfortabele levensstijl te leiden. Projectresultaten, d.w.z. de uitvoering van 1 medisch modelgezondheidsprogramma ter bestrijding van osteoporose voor inwoners van Podlaskie en Grodno-regio’s, waarin 85 stuks gespecialiseerde medische apparatuur zullen worden gekocht en 2 faciliteiten zullen worden verbeterd (Suwalki en Grodno-ziekenhuis) voor de verbetering van 2 gezondheidszorgdiensten (diagnostiek en behandeling van osteoporose in Suwałki en Grodno-ziekenhuizen), die 35 evenementen omvatten ter ondersteuning van de ontwikkeling van de volksgezondheid voor 2804 deelnemers, zullen allemaal leiden tot een betere toegang tot gezondheidszorg op het gebied van osteoporose voor 1,82 miljoen volwassenen. Miglioramento della qualità dell'assistenza sanitaria nel settore dell'ortopedia/reumatologia con particolare attenzione all'osteoporosi — è una sfida comune per i progetti transfrontalieri PL-BY. Entrambi i partner segnalano aree comuni di miglioramento in materia: infrastrutture mediche insufficienti, mancanza di specialisti incentrati sull'osteoporosi, mancanza di soluzioni modello nella diagnostica e nel trattamento, basso livello di consapevolezza della salute degli abitanti e delle sue conseguenze, ect. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è lo sviluppo della protezione della salute nel territorio frontaliero PL-BY attraverso l'attuazione di un'iniziativa congiunta degli ospedali Grodno e Suwalki ‘Modello Health Care Program to Fight Osteoporosis', migliorando l'accesso a servizi sanitari di alta qualità per la diagnostica e il trattamento dell'osteoporosi, che saranno raggiunti attraverso i seguenti cambiamenti alla situazione attuale: miglioramento delle infrastrutture mediche, aumento del livello di competenza del personale medico sulla base di scambi di esperienze, buone pratiche, approfondimento delle conoscenze, maggiore consapevolezza degli abitanti sul ruolo della prevenzione e della diagnosi precoce per assumere un trattamento efficace e condurre uno stile di vita normale e confortevole. I risultati del progetto, vale a dire l'attuazione di un programma di assistenza sanitaria modello medico per combattere l'osteoporosi per gli abitanti delle regioni di Podlaskie e Grodno, in cui saranno acquistati 85 pezzi di attrezzature mediche specializzate e 2 strutture (Ospedale Suwalki e Grodno) per il miglioramento di 2 servizi sanitari (diagnostica e trattamento dell'osteoporosi negli ospedali di Suwałki e Grodno), che coprono 35 eventi a sostegno dello sviluppo della salute pubblica per 2804 partecipanti, tutti si tradurranno in un migliore accesso all'assistenza sanitaria nei settori dell'osteoporosi per 1,82 milioni di adulti. Mejora de la calidad de la asistencia sanitaria en el ámbito de la ortopedia/reumatología, prestando especial atención a la osteoporosis: es un reto común de proyectos transfronterizos PL-BY. Ambos socios señalan áreas comunes de mejora en este asunto: infraestructura médica insuficiente, falta de especialistas enfocados en la osteoporosis, falta de soluciones modelo en diagnóstico y tratamiento, bajo nivel de conciencia de la salud de los habitantes y sus consecuencias, ect. El objetivo general del proyecto es el desarrollo de la protección de la salud en las zonas fronterizas PL-BY mediante la aplicación de la iniciativa conjunta de los hospitales Grodno y Suwalki «Modelo de atención sanitaria para luchar contra la osteoporosis», mejorando el acceso a servicios sanitarios de alta calidad para el diagnóstico y el tratamiento de la osteoporosis, lo que se logrará a través de los siguientes cambios en la situación actual: mejora de la infraestructura médica, aumento del nivel de experiencia del personal médico sobre la base del intercambio de experiencias, buenas prácticas, profundización de los conocimientos, sensibilización de los habitantes sobre el papel de la prevención y el diagnóstico precoz para tomar un tratamiento eficaz y llevar un estilo de vida normal y cómodo. Los resultados del proyecto, es decir, la implementación de 1 Programa de Atención Médica Modelo de Salud para Combatir la Osteoporosis para los habitantes de las regiones de Podlaskie y Grodno, en el que se comprarán 85 piezas de equipo médico especializado y se mejorarán 2 instalaciones (Hospital Suwalki y Grodno) para mejorar 2 servicios de atención de la salud (diagnóstico y tratamiento de la osteoporosis en los hospitales de Suwałki y Grodno), que abarcan 35 eventos de apoyo al desarrollo de la salud pública para 2804 participantes, todo ello dará lugar a un mayor acceso a la atención de la salud en los campos de la osteoporosis para 1,82 millones de adultos. El enfoque transfronterizo permitirá un uso óptimo del potencial, los conocimientos técnicos y las buenas prácticas, y colmará las lagunas de cada una de las instituciones asociadas para lograr un nivel óptimo y el mayor acceso a una atención sanitaria de alta calidad en el ámbito de la frontera entre PL-BYl (Spanish)
