Проектът "SMART АКТИВНИ чрез обучение и заетост" има за цел активиране и включване на пазара на труда на 110 неактивни, в т.ч. обезкуражени лица и младежи от 15 до 29 г., които не работят, не учат и не са регистрирани в Дирекции „Бюро по труда” и мотивирането им да се включат в обучения и/или заетост. Чрез индивидуална и групова работа те ще бъдат мотивирани за участие в проектните дейности и по-специално в обучения и/или заетост. Представителите на целевата група ще бъдат включени в мотивационни обучения за активно търсене на работа. 83 младежи ще преминат професионални обучения за повишаване на професионалните им компетентности и придобиване на степен на професионална квалификация. Считаме, че инвестирането в обучение за повишаване професионалните компетентности на представителите на целевата група ще гарантира устойчивост на постигнатите резултати. В рамките на проекта ще се осигури субсидирана заетост на 70 лица в сферата на хотелския бизнес. За целта като партньори по проекта са привлечени и трима работодатели. Проектното предложение включва и дейности за организация и управление на проекта, както и дейности за информиране и публичност. Успешната реализация на проекта ще повиши адаптивността на представителите на целевата група и ще създаде условия за устойчива и удовлетворяваща заетост. Това от своя страна ще окаже положително влияние върху настоящото им състояние и проблеми и ще допринесе за подобряване качеството на живот и повишаване социалното им приобщаване. Очакваните ползи от проекта ще се проявят още по време на изпълнението на дейностите и ще имат дългосрочен ефект върху целевата група. (Bulgarian)

The project “SMART ACTIVENY through training and employment” aims at activating and entering the labour market of 110 inactive people, including discouraged persons and young people aged 15-29 who are not in employment, education or employment and are not registered with the Labour Office Directorates and motivate them to participate in training and/or employment. Through individual and group work, they will be motivated to participate in the project activities, in particular in training and/or employment. The representatives of the target group will be involved in motivational trainings for active job search. 83 young people will undergo vocational trainings to enhance their professional competences and gain a degree of professional qualification. We believe that investing in training to enhance the professional competences of the representatives of the target group will ensure sustainability of the results achieved. The project will provide subsidised employment for 70 persons in the field of hotel business. To this end, three employers were involved as partners in the project. The project proposal also includes activities for the organisation and management of the project, as well as information and publicity activities. The successful implementation of the project will increase the adaptability of the representatives of the target group and will create conditions for sustainable and satisfying employment. This in turn will have a positive impact on their current situation and problems and contribute to improving the quality of life and increasing their social inclusion. The expected benefits of the project will already materialise during the implementation of the activities and will have a long-term impact on the target group. (English)

Le projet «SMART ACTIVENY par la formation et l’emploi» vise à activer et à entrer sur le marché du travail de 110 personnes inactives, y compris les personnes découragées et les jeunes âgés de 15 à 29 ans qui ne travaillent pas, n’ont pas d’études ou d’emploi et ne sont pas enregistrés auprès des directions de l’Office du travail et les motivent à participer à la formation et/ou à l’emploi. Par le travail individuel et de groupe, ils seront motivés à participer aux activités du projet, en particulier dans le domaine de la formation et/ou de l’emploi. Les représentants du groupe cible participeront à des formations motrices pour la recherche active d’emploi. 83 jeunes suivront une formation professionnelle afin d’améliorer leurs compétences professionnelles et d’obtenir un degré de qualification professionnelle. Nous pensons qu’investir dans la formation afin de renforcer les compétences professionnelles des représentants du groupe cible garantira la durabilité des résultats obtenus. Le projet fournira des emplois subventionnés à 70 personnes dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie. À cette fin, trois employeurs ont participé au projet en tant que partenaires. La proposition de projet comprend également des activités d’organisation et de gestion du projet, ainsi que des activités d’information et de publicité. La mise en œuvre réussie du projet augmentera la capacité d’adaptation des représentants du groupe cible et créera les conditions d’un emploi durable et satisfaisant. Cela aura une incidence positive sur leur situation et leurs problèmes actuels et contribuera à améliorer la qualité de vie et à accroître leur inclusion sociale. Les avantages escomptés du projet se concrétiseront déjà au cours de la mise en œuvre des activités et auront un impact à long terme sur le groupe cible. (French)

Das Projekt „SMART ACTIVENY durch Ausbildung und Beschäftigung“ zielt darauf ab, 110 Nichterwerbstätige zu aktivieren und in den Arbeitsmarkt einzusteigen, einschließlich entmutigter Personen und Jugendlicher im Alter von 15 bis 29 Jahren, die weder eine Arbeit haben noch eine schulische oder Erwerbstätigkeit absolvieren und nicht bei den Direktionen des Arbeitsamtes registriert sind, und sie zur Teilnahme an Ausbildung und/oder Beschäftigung motivieren. Durch Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit werden sie dazu motiviert, an den Projektaktivitäten teilzunehmen, insbesondere in Ausbildung und/oder Beschäftigung. Die Vertreter der Zielgruppe werden an Motivationsschulungen für eine aktive Stellensuche mitwirken. 83 junge Menschen werden eine Berufsausbildung absolvieren, um ihre beruflichen Kompetenzen zu verbessern und einen Grad an beruflicher Qualifikation zu erwerben. Wir glauben, dass Investitionen in Schulungen zur Verbesserung der beruflichen Kompetenzen der Vertreter der Zielgruppe die Nachhaltigkeit der erzielten Ergebnisse gewährleisten werden. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden 70 Personen im Hotelgewerbe subventioniert. Zu diesem Zweck waren drei Arbeitgeber als Partner am Projekt beteiligt. Der Projektvorschlag umfasst auch Aktivitäten zur Organisation und Verwaltung des Projekts sowie Informations- und Publizitätsmaßnahmen. Die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Anpassungsfähigkeit der Vertreter der Zielgruppe erhöhen und Voraussetzungen für eine nachhaltige und befriedigende Beschäftigung schaffen. Dies wiederum wird sich positiv auf ihre derzeitige Situation und Probleme auswirken und dazu beitragen, die Lebensqualität zu verbessern und ihre soziale Inklusion zu erhöhen. Der erwartete Nutzen des Projekts wird sich bereits während der Durchführung der Maßnahmen entfalten und langfristig Auswirkungen auf die Zielgruppe haben. (German)

Het project „SMART ACTIVENY via opleiding en werkgelegenheid” is gericht op het activeren en betreden van de arbeidsmarkt van 110 inactieven, met inbegrip van ontmoedigde personen en jongeren van 15-29 jaar die geen werk hebben en geen onderwijs of baan hebben en niet zijn geregistreerd bij de directoraten van het arbeidsbureau en hen motiveren om deel te nemen aan opleiding en/of werkgelegenheid. Door middel van individuele en groepswerkzaamheden zullen zij gemotiveerd worden om deel te nemen aan de projectactiviteiten, met name op het gebied van opleiding en/of werkgelegenheid. De vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroep worden betrokken bij motiverende opleidingen voor actief zoeken naar werk. 83 jongeren zullen een beroepsopleiding volgen om hun beroepsbekwaamheden te verbeteren en een graad van beroepskwalificatie te verwerven. Wij zijn van mening dat investeren in opleiding om de professionele competenties van de vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroep te verbeteren zal zorgen voor duurzaamheid van de behaalde resultaten. Het project voorziet in gesubsidieerde werkgelegenheid voor 70 personen op het gebied van hotelactiviteiten. Daartoe waren drie werkgevers als partners bij het project betrokken. Het projectvoorstel omvat ook activiteiten voor de organisatie en het beheer van het project, alsmede voorlichtings- en publiciteitsactiviteiten. De succesvolle uitvoering van het project zal het aanpassingsvermogen van de vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroep vergroten en voorwaarden scheppen voor duurzame en bevredigende werkgelegenheid. Dit zal op zijn beurt een positief effect hebben op hun huidige situatie en problemen en zal bijdragen tot de verbetering van de levenskwaliteit en de sociale inclusie ervan. De verwachte voordelen van het project zullen zich al voordoen tijdens de uitvoering van de activiteiten en zullen een langetermijneffect hebben op de doelgroep. (Dutch)

Il progetto "SMART ACTIVENY attraverso la formazione e l'occupazione" mira ad attivare e ad entrare nel mercato del lavoro di 110 persone inattive, comprese le persone scoraggiate e i giovani di età compresa tra i 15 e i 29 anni che non lavorano, non studiano o non sono iscritti presso le Direzioni dell'Ufficio del lavoro e li motivano a partecipare alla formazione e/o all'occupazione. Attraverso il lavoro individuale e di gruppo, saranno motivati a partecipare alle attività del progetto, in particolare nella formazione e/o nell'occupazione. I rappresentanti del gruppo destinatario saranno coinvolti in formazioni motivazionali per la ricerca attiva di un lavoro. 83 giovani seguiranno una formazione professionale per migliorare le loro competenze professionali e ottenere un grado di qualificazione professionale. Crediamo che investire nella formazione per migliorare le competenze professionali dei rappresentanti del gruppo target garantirà la sostenibilità dei risultati raggiunti. Il progetto fornirà posti di lavoro sovvenzionati a 70 persone nel settore alberghiero. A tal fine, tre datori di lavoro sono stati coinvolti come partner nel progetto. La proposta di progetto comprende anche attività per l'organizzazione e la gestione del progetto, nonché attività di informazione e pubblicità. Il successo dell'attuazione del progetto aumenterà l'adattabilità dei rappresentanti del gruppo destinatario e creerà le condizioni per un'occupazione sostenibile e soddisfacente. El proyecto «SMART ACTIVENY a través de la formación y el empleo» tiene por objeto activar y entrar en el mercado laboral de 110 personas inactivas, incluidas las personas desalentadas y los jóvenes de 15 a 29 años que no están en el empleo, la educación o el empleo y no están inscritos en las Direcciones de la Oficina del Trabajo y los motivan a participar en la formación o el empleo.
