THE COURSE HAS A DURATION OF 800 HOURS (400 HOURS OF CLASSROOM/LABORATORY AT CIVIFORM IN OPICINA (TS) AND 400 HOURS OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES IN SITUATION TO BE CARRIED OUT IN COMPANIES OF THE SECTOR LOCATED IN THE TERRITORY OF CARSO-TRIESTINO). THE PROFESSIONAL FIGURE OF REFERENCE IS THAT OF THE TECHNICIAN IN THE PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF BEVERAGES, THE EXPERT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES AND THE MARKETING OF BEVERAGES (E.G. WINE, DISTILLATES, CRAFT BEERS). IT IS ABLE TO MANAGE A WIDE PROCESS, FROM THE CHOICE OF RAW MATERIALS, TO THE DIRECT PRODUCTION OF BEVERAGES, FROM THE QUALITY CONTROL OF THE PRODUCTS MADE, TO THEIR PROMOTION, VALORISATION AND MARKETING.
