DESTINATARI SARANNO TUTTI I SOGGETTI COINVOLTI NELLA RELAZIONE EDUCATIVA DELL'ISTITUTO (ALUNNI, DOCENTI, GENITORI), CON UNA PARTICOLARE ATTENZIONE ALLE FASCE PIù DEBOLI QUALI I BES E GLI ALUNNI A RISCHIO DISPERSIONE DEL BIENNIO. IL PROGETTO SI ARTICOLA PRINCIPALMENTE SU QUATTRO AZIONI: A) SPORTELLO D'ASCOLTO IN RISPOSTA ALLE RICHIESTE INDIVIDUALI DEGLI STUDENTI, B) INCONTRI CON LE CLASS (Italian)

    THE SCHOOL, THE SECOND EDUCATIONAL AGENCY AFTER THE FAMILY, OFFERS ITSELF TO THE STUDENT AS A PROMOTER OF SCHOOL WELL-BEING TO PROMOTE LEARNING AND THE POTENTIAL OF THE PERSON SEEN IN ITS ENTIRETY AND NOT ONLY AS A STUDENT. FOR THIS REASON, THE PROJECT AIMS TO DEVELOP ON TWO LINES: A) TO CARRY OUT WORK TO PROMOTE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING; B) TO ADDRESS SITUATIONS IN WHICH SCHOOL CRITICALITIES EMERGE SUCH AS: DECREASE IN MOTIVATION TO STUDY, EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING, RE-ORIENTATION, INTERPERSONAL DIFFICULTIES WITH COMRADES AND PROFESSORS, BUT ALSO WITH FAMILIES. THE TARGET GROUPS WILL BE ALL THOSE INVOLVED IN THE EDUCATIONAL REPORT OF THE INSTITUTE (PUPILS, TEACHERS, PARENTS), WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE WEAKEST GROUPS SUCH AS BES AND PUPILS AT RISK OF DISPERSION DURING THE TWO-YEAR PERIOD. THE PROJECT IS MAINLY BASED ON FOUR ACTIONS: A) LISTENING DESK IN RESPONSE TO INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS FROM STUDENTS, B) MEETINGS WITH THE CLASS (English)

POUR CETTE RAISON, LE PROJET VISE À SE DÉVELOPPER SUR DEUX AXES: A) D’EFFECTUER DES TRAVAUX VISANT À PROMOUVOIR LE BIEN-ÊTRE PSYCHOLOGIQUE ET ÉMOTIONNEL; B) DE TRAITER LES SITUATIONS DANS LESQUELLES DES CRITIQUES À L’ÉCOLE APPARAISSENT, TELLES QUE: DIMINUTION DE LA MOTIVATION À ÉTUDIER, ABANDON SCOLAIRE PRÉCOCE, RÉORIENTATION, DIFFICULTÉS INTERPERSONNELLES AVEC LES CAMARADES ET LES PROFESSEURS, MAIS AUSSI AVEC LES FAMILLES. LES GROUPES CIBLES SERONT TOUS CEUX QUI SERONT IMPLIQUÉS DANS LE RAPPORT ÉDUCATIF DE L’INSTITUT (ÉLÈVES, ENSEIGNANTS, PARENTS), EN METTANT PARTICULIÈREMENT L’ACCENT SUR LES GROUPES LES PLUS FAIBLES TELS QUE LE BES ET LES ÉLÈVES EXPOSÉS AU RISQUE DE DISPERSION PENDANT LA PÉRIODE DE DEUX ANS. LE PROJET S’ARTICULE PRINCIPALEMENT AUTOUR DE QUATRE ACTIONS: A) BUREAU D’ÉCOUTE EN RÉPONSE AUX DEMANDES INDIVIDUELLES DES ÉTUDIANTS, B) RÉUNIONS AVEC LA CLASSE (French)
