THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT TO BE PRESENTED IS THE ENHANCEMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN ORDER TO SUPPORT WOMEN IN THE PROCESSES OF CHANGE TO INCREASE EMPLOYABILITY AND VALORISATION OF TALENTS.THE THEMES THAT WILL BE DEVELOPED WILL CONCERN AGILE WORKING METHODS AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN ORGANIZATIONAL MODELS AND INTERGENERATIONAL EXCHANGE. TO ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES, DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES OF THE PLENARY GROUP WILL ALSO BE USED, FAVOURING A LEARNING APPROACH BASED ON DOING AND EXPERIMENTING, VALUING THE SKILLS ALREADY POSSESSED BY THE RECIPIENTS AS A BASIS FROM WHICH TO IMPLEMENT TRANSVERSAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.
