IN ORDER TO REMAIN ON THE MARKET, THE COMPANY MUST INCREASE THE VALUE TO THE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER BY INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS, THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AND THE REDUCTION OF WASTE.
