    THE PROJECT AIMS TO DEVELOP FOOD PRODUCTS WITH HIGH ADDED VALUE STARTING FROM A RAW MATERIAL, WHEAT, ENRICHED WITH BIOACTIVE COMPOUNDS THROUGH A NEW SYSTEM OF FOLIAR FERTILISATION WITH LOW ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT, AND THE SUBSEQUENT OPTIMISATION OF THE PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING PROCESS TO MAXIMISE THE EXTRACTION OF THESE BIOACTIVE COMPOUNDS AND INCREASE HEALTH AND NUTRACEUTICAL CHARACTERISTICS THROUGHOUT THE SUPPLY CHAIN.
