Darbo biržos duomenimis, 2019 m. sausio mėn. Visagine 55 procentų bedarbių sudarė moterys, ir šis skaičius išlieka pastovus jau daugiau nei 2 metus. Nemaža dalis jų – tai mamos, auginančios vaikus. Moterys, auginančios vaikus, dažnai patiria sunkumų ieškodamos darbo arba augindamos vaikus netenka anksčiau turėtos kompetencijos, įgūdžių bei darbo vietos. Todėl manome, kad labai svarbu miesto moterims padėti šioje situacijoje, suteikti visapusišką paramą ir skatinti jas pradėti aktyviai veikti darbo rinkoje. Taigi mūsų šio projekto tikslas - teikti informavimo paslaugas neaktyvioms mažamečius vaikus auginančioms mamoms apie laikiną darbą namuose, tokiu būdu skatindami jas grįžti į darbo rinką._x000D_Projekto veiklos:_x000D_1. Teikti informavimo paslaugas neaktyvioms mažamečius vaikus auginančioms mamoms._x000D_2. Organizuoti ir skatinti savanoriška veikla._x000D_Projekto siekiami rezultatai – informavimo veiklose dalyvaus 10 dalyvių. Planuojama, kad po projekto įgyvendinimo 2 iš_x000D_Veiklose dalyvaus 10 ekonomiškai neaktyvių, vaikus auginančių mamų, kurios yra darbingo amžiaus ir gyvena Visagine. Taip pat į projekto veiklas bus įtraukti penki savanoriai. Projekto veiklos padės pagerinti dalyvių padėtį darbo rinkoje - po projekto įgyvendinimo dvi dalyvės pradės dirbti samdomą darbą arba dirbti savarankiškai pagal verslo liudijimą ar individualios veiklos pažymą. According to the Labour Exchange, in January 2019, 55 per cent of the unemployed were women, and this figure has remained stable for more than 2 years. Many of them are mothers raising children. Women raising children often experience difficulties in finding a job or losing their previous skills, skills and jobs in raising children. We therefore consider it essential to help urban women in this situation, to provide full support and encourage them to become active in the labour market. Thus, our aim of this project is to provide information services to inactive mothers with young children about temporary work at home, thus encouraging them to return to the labour market._x000D_Project Activities:_x000D_1. Provide information services to inactive mothers raising young children._x000D_2. Organise and promote volunteering._x000D_Project deliverables — 10 participants will participate in outreach activities. It is planned that after the implementation of the project, 2 out of_x000D_ will participate in the activities of 10 economically inactive mothers with children of working age and living in Visaginas. Five volunteers will also be involved in the project activities. Project activities will help to improve the position of participants in the labour market by starting to work in an employed or self-employed capacity on the basis of a business licence or an individual activity certificate after the implementation of the project. Selon la Bourse du travail, en janvier 2019, 55 % des chômeurs étaient des femmes, et ce chiffre est resté stable depuis plus de deux ans. Beaucoup d’entre eux sont des mères qui élèvent des enfants. Les femmes qui élèvent des enfants éprouvent souvent des difficultés à trouver un emploi ou à perdre leurs compétences, compétences et emplois dans l’éducation des enfants. C’est pourquoi nous estimons qu’il est essentiel d’aider les femmes urbaines dans cette situation, de les soutenir pleinement et de les encourager à s’activer sur le marché du travail. Ainsi, notre objectif de ce projet est de fournir des services d’information aux mères inactives ayant de jeunes enfants sur le travail temporaire à domicile, les encourageant ainsi à retourner sur le marché du travail._x000D_Activités du projet:_x000D_1. Organiser et promouvoir le volontariat._x000D_Produits livrables du projet — 10 participants participeront à des activités de sensibilisation. Il est prévu qu’après la mise en œuvre du projet, 2 des_x000D_ participeront aux activités de 10 mères économiquement inactives ayant des enfants en âge de travailler et vivant à Visaginas. Cinq bénévoles participeront également aux activités du projet. Les activités du projet contribueront à améliorer la position des participants sur le marché du travail en commençant à travailler à titre salarié ou indépendant sur la base d’une licence d’entreprise ou d’un certificat d’activité individuel après la mise en œuvre du projet.
