UAB „Samsonas motorsport“ yra didžiausia Lietuvoje įmonė gaminanti sportinių automobilių kumštelines ir sekvencines pavarų dėžes. Sėkmingai veiklą vystanti įmonė didžiąją savo produkcijos dalį eksportuoja į Vokietiją, Suomiją, D. Britaniją, JAV, Prancūziją, Norvegiją, Daniją, Austriją ir kt. šalis. Šiuo metu įmonės greičių dėžių gamyba vykdoma tik iš dalies automatizavus procesus. Todėl buvo atliktas įmonės gamybos ir su gamyba susijusių procesų technologinis auditas. Jo išvados rekomendavo skaitmeninti įmonės greičių dėžių gamybos procesus Įgyvendinus projektą įmonės gamybos valdymas ir gamyba bus pilnai automatizuota. Įsigyta ir įdiegta įranga leis sumažinti gamybos sąnaudas, efektyviau naudoti resursus, taikyti pažangiausius sprendimus greičių dėžių gamybos srityje. Įmonė padidins darbo našumą, gaminių spektrą, pardavimų ir eksporto apimtis bei įmonės konkurencingumą Lietuvos ir užsienio rinkose. (Lithuanian)

JSC “Samsonas Motorsport” is the largest company in Lithuania producing cam and sequencing gearboxes for sports cars. Successful company exports most of its production to Germany, Finland, UK, USA, France, Norway, Denmark, Austria and other countries. At present, the production of the company’s speed crates is carried out only after partial automation of the processes. Therefore, a technological audit of the company’s production and production processes was carried out. His conclusions recommended digitising the production processes of the company’s speed boxes. After the project is implemented, the company’s production management and production will be fully automated. Purchased and installed equipment will reduce production costs, use resources more efficiently, apply the most advanced solutions in the field of speed boxes production. The company will increase labour productivity, product range, sales and export volumes and the company’s competitiveness in the Lithuanian and foreign markets. (English)
