    Nenumaldomai augant pasaulinėms žaliavų kainoms, jaučiant didėjantį konkurentų kainodaros spaudimą, norint išlaikyti įmonės konkurencingumą, yra jaučiamas didelis poreikis modernizuoti jau gerokai senėjantį gamybos cechą (staklių parką bei patalpas). Šiuo metu gamykloje yra 4 modernūs metalo apdirbimo centrai su CNC (angl. computer numerical control) valdymu, tačiau likusios staklės yra stipriai susidėvėjusios, mažo našumo. Gamybiniai pajėgumai nevisuomet patenkina esamus gamybinius poreikius bei kokybinius reikalavimus. Taip pat, gamyklos patalpos yra nerenovuotos nuo pat įsikurimo 1959 metais, todėl patiriami bereikalingai dideli šildymo kaštai. Įgyvendinant projektą siekiama atnaujinti gamybinį staklių parką, įsigijant naujų modernių koordinatinių matavimo mašinų bei eilę tekinimo, frezavimo, krumplių pjovimo, vandens pjovimo, erozinių, ir lazerinių staklių su moderniomis CNC valdymo sistemomis, o taip pat renovuoti gamybines patalpas, didinant jų energetinį našumą.     In an inexorable increase in global raw material prices, a growing price pressure from competitors, and in order to maintain the company’s competitiveness, there is a strong need to modernise the already ageing production facility (machine park and premises). Currently, the factory has 4 modern metal processing centers with CNC (computer numerical control) control, but the remaining machines are heavily worn, low performance. Production capacity does not always meet existing production needs and qualitative requirements. In addition, the premises of the plant have not been renovated since it was established in 1959, resulting in unnecessarily high heating costs. The aim of the project is to renew the production machine fleet by acquiring new modern coordinate measuring machines and a series of turning, milling, gear cutting, water cutting, erosive, and laser machines with modern CNC control systems, as well as to renovate production facilities by increasing their energy efficiency.
