Стопанство на новорегестриран земеделски стопанин, развиващ дейност в приоритетен сектор - отглеждане на плодове.Предвижда да се развива в сектор плодове и ще разшири стопанството с ново насаждение от сливи. Очакваните резултати от предвидените действия на настоящия бизнес план са увеличение на икономическия размер на стопанството, увеличение на на трайните насаждения чрез създаване на ново насаждение от същия овощен вид. С покупката на мотофреза ще постигне навременно и добро поддържане на почвата около дръвчетата в редовата ивица. Това ще създаде условия за по-ранно встъпване на насаждението в плодаване и получаването на по-високи добиви.С предвидените обучения ще повишат знанията и уменията в змеделието. Сключването на договор със Сертифициращ орган за отглеждане на насаждението съгласно условията за биологично производство и спазване на указанията в Регламент на ЕО № 889/2008 г, ще позволи в най-голяма степен да се спазват изискванията за опазване на околната среда. Всичко това ще позволи да се създаде и поддържа едно жизнеспособно, конкурентноспособно и финансово стабилно стопанство. (Bulgarian)

Une ferme d’un agriculteur nouvellement enregistré opérant dans un secteur prioritaire — la culture de fruits. Il est prévu de se développer dans le secteur des fruits et d’étendre l’exploitation avec une nouvelle plantation de prunes. Les résultats escomptés des actions envisagées dans le présent plan d’entreprise sont une augmentation de la taille économique de l’exploitation, une augmentation des cultures permanentes par la création d’une nouvelle plantation de la même espèce fruitière. Avec l’achat de la coupe de papillon de nuit assurera en temps opportun et bon entretien du sol autour des arbres dans la bande de rangée. Cela créera des conditions propices à l’entrée précoce de la plantation dans la fructification et à l’obtention de rendements plus élevés, et les formations prévues permettront d’accroître les connaissances et les compétences dans l’agriculture. La conclusion d’un contrat avec l’autorité de certification pour la culture de la plante dans les conditions de production biologique et le respect des lignes directrices du règlement no 889/2008 permettront de respecter au mieux les exigences en matière de protection de l’environnement. Tout cela permettra de créer et de maintenir une ferme viable, compétitive et financièrement saine. (French)

Ein Betrieb eines neu registrierten Landwirts, der in einem vorrangigen Sektor tätig ist – Obstanbau. Es ist geplant, sich im Obstsektor zu entwickeln und den Betrieb um eine neue Pflaumenplantage zu erweitern. Die erwarteten Ergebnisse der in diesem Geschäftsplan vorgesehenen Maßnahmen sind eine Zunahme der wirtschaftlichen Größe des Betriebs, eine Zunahme der Dauerkulturen durch die Schaffung einer neuen Plantage derselben Obstarten. Mit dem Kauf von Mottenschneider wird eine rechtzeitige und gute Erhaltung des Bodens um die Bäume in der Reihenstreifen zu erreichen. Dies schafft Bedingungen für den frühzeitigen Einstieg der Plantage in die Fruchtbarkeit und die Erzielung höherer Erträge. Mit den geplanten Schulungen werden die Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in der Landwirtschaft gesteigert. Durch den Abschluss eines Vertrags mit der Bescheinigungsbehörde über den Anbau der Pflanze unter den Bedingungen der ökologischen/biologischen Produktion und die Einhaltung der Leitlinien der Verordnung Nr. 889/2008 wird es möglich sein, die Umweltschutzanforderungen zu erfüllen. All dies wird es ermöglichen, einen rentablen, wettbewerbsfähigen und finanziell gesunden Betrieb zu schaffen und zu erhalten. (German)

Een boerderij van een pas geregistreerde landbouwer die actief is in een prioritaire sector — fruitteelt. Het is de bedoeling om zich te ontwikkelen in de fruitsector en zal het bedrijf uitbreiden met een nieuwe pruimenplantage. De verwachte resultaten van de in dit bedrijfsplan geplande acties zijn een toename van de economische omvang van het bedrijf, een toename van de meerjarige teelten door het creëren van een nieuwe aanplant van dezelfde fruitsoort. Met de aankoop van mottensnijder zal tijdig en goed onderhoud van de grond rond de bomen in de rijstrook bereiken. Dit zal de voorwaarden scheppen voor een vroege instap van de plantage in de vruchtvorming en het verkrijgen van hogere opbrengsten. Met de geplande trainingen zullen de kennis en vaardigheden in de landbouw worden vergroot. De sluiting van een contract met de certificeringsautoriteit voor de teelt van de plant onder de biologische productieomstandigheden en de naleving van de richtsnoeren van Verordening (EG) nr. 889/2008 maken het mogelijk om aan de eisen inzake milieubescherming te voldoen. Dit alles zal het mogelijk maken een levensvatbaar, concurrerend en financieel gezond landbouwbedrijf te creëren en in stand te houden. (Dutch)

Un'azienda agricola di un agricoltore di nuova registrazione che opera in un settore prioritario — la frutticoltura. Si prevede di svilupparsi nel settore della frutta e di espandere l'azienda con una nuova piantagione di prugne. I risultati attesi delle azioni previste nel presente piano aziendale sono un aumento delle dimensioni economiche dell'azienda, un aumento delle colture permanenti mediante la creazione di una nuova piantagione della stessa specie frutticola. Con l'acquisto di falena taglierina otterrà tempestività e buona manutenzione del terreno intorno agli alberi nella striscia di fila. Ciò creerà le condizioni per l'ingresso anticipato della piantagione nella fruttificazione e per ottenere rese più elevate. Con i corsi di formazione previsti aumenterà le conoscenze e le competenze in agricoltura. La conclusione di un contratto con l'autorità di certificazione per la coltivazione della pianta nelle condizioni di produzione biologica e il rispetto delle linee guida di cui al regolamento n. 889/2008 consentirà di rispettare al massimo i requisiti di tutela ambientale. Tutto ciò consentirà di creare e mantenere un'azienda agricola redditizia, competitiva e finanziariamente sana. (Italian)

Una granja de un agricultor recién inscrito que opera en un sector prioritario: el cultivo de frutas. Está previsto desarrollarse en el sector frutícola y ampliará la explotación con una nueva plantación de ciruela. Los resultados esperados de las acciones previstas en este plan de negocio son un aumento del tamaño económico de la explotación, un aumento de los cultivos permanentes mediante la creación de una nueva plantación de la misma especie frutal. Con la compra de la cortadora de polilla logrará un mantenimiento oportuno y bueno del suelo alrededor de los árboles en la franja de la hilera. Esto creará las condiciones para la entrada temprana de la plantación en la fructificación y la obtención de mayores rendimientos. Con las capacitaciones previstas aumentará los conocimientos y habilidades en la agricultura. La celebración de un contrato con la autoridad de certificación para el cultivo de la planta en las condiciones de producción ecológica y el cumplimiento de las directrices del Reglamento n.º 889/2008 permitirán cumplir al máximo los requisitos de protección del medio ambiente. Todo ello permitirá crear y mantener una explotación viable, competitiva y financieramente sólida. (Spanish)
