Doordat het bedrijf zich in een groeifase bevindt is het erg belangrijk dat het voor bestaande én nieuwe werknemers volledig duidelijk wordt wat de inhoud van een bepaalde functie, wat de verantwoordelijkheden zijn die daarbij horen en wat de persoonlijke ontwikkelmogelijkheden zijn voor een werknemer. Daarom gaan we een externe adviseur een adviestraject laten verzorgen omtrent deze thema's, om onze gehele organisatie te helpen bij deze veranderende omstandigheden. (Dutch)

Da sich das Unternehmen in einer Wachstumsphase befindet, ist es sehr wichtig, dass den bestehenden und neuen Mitarbeitern klar wird, was der Inhalt eines bestimmten Arbeitsplatzes ist, welche Verantwortung damit verbunden ist und welche persönlichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für einen Mitarbeiter bestehen. Étant donné que l’entreprise est en phase de croissance, il est très important que les employés actuels et nouveaux sachent clairement quel est le contenu d’un emploi particulier, quelles sont les responsabilités qui y sont associées et quelles sont les possibilités de développement personnel pour un employé. Poiché l'azienda si trova in una fase di crescita, è molto importante che diventi pienamente chiaro ai dipendenti esistenti e nuovi quali sono il contenuto di un determinato lavoro, quali sono le responsabilità ad esso associate e quali sono le possibilità di sviluppo personale per un dipendente.
