Wij zijn sinds de oprichting in 1989 uitgegroeid tot een veelzijdige en dynamische onderneming op het gebied van lastechniek en metaalbewerking. Nu is het tijd om ook eens kritisch te kijken naar de leercultuur in onze organisatie. Wij vinden het namelijk van belang dat we een compleet pakket aan laswerkzaamheden voor bedrijven en particulieren kunnen blijven bieden. De techniek groeit, mogelijkheden groeien en het is ook van belang dat onze medewerkers deze werkzaamheden uit kunnen blijven voeren voor onze klanten. Dankzij deze subsidie kunnen we medewerkers bewust maken van de noodzaak van het blijven leren. Maar daarnaast ook actief betrekken in het zoeken naar mogelijkheden hoe we bijvoorbeeld van elkaar kunnen blijven leren. We willen in kaart brengen welke vaardigheden we exact van onze medewerkers verwachten, om medewerkers te helpen en begeleiden naar een optimaal niveau. Op deze manier blijven zij zelf goede vakspecialisten en kunnen wij anderzijds de kwaliteit blijven leveren aan de veranderende markt. Dit alles dankzij de subsidie duurzame inzetbaarheid. (Dutch)

Since its inception in 1989 we have become a versatile and dynamic company in the field of welding technology and metalworking. Now it’s time to take a critical look at the learning culture in our organisation. We believe it is important that we continue to be able to offer a complete package of welding work for companies and individuals. The technology grows, opportunities grow and it is also important that our employees can continue to carry out this work for our customers. Thanks to this grant, we can make employees aware of the need for continuing learning. But also actively involved in the search for opportunities, for example, how we can continue to learn from each other. We want to map out exactly what skills we expect from our employees, to help and guide employees to an optimal level. In this way they remain good professionals themselves and on the other hand we can continue to deliver the quality to the changing market. All this thanks to the subsidy sustainable employability. Seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 1989 sind wir zu einem vielseitigen und dynamischen Unternehmen im Bereich Schweißtechnik und Metallbearbeitung geworden. Jetzt ist es an der Zeit, einen kritischen Blick auf die Lernkultur in unserer Organisation zu werfen. Wir halten es für wichtig, dass wir weiterhin ein komplettes Paket von Schweißarbeiten für Unternehmen und Einzelpersonen anbieten können. Die Technologie wächst, Chancen wachsen und es ist auch wichtig, dass unsere Mitarbeiter diese Arbeit für unsere Kunden fortsetzen können. Dank dieses Zuschusses können wir die Mitarbeiter auf die Notwendigkeit des Weiterbildungsangebots aufmerksam machen. Aber auch aktiv an der Suche nach Möglichkeiten beteiligt, zum Beispiel, wie wir weiter voneinander lernen können. Wir wollen genau herausstellen, welche Fähigkeiten wir von unseren Mitarbeitern erwarten, um Mitarbeiter auf ein optimales Niveau zu bringen. Auf diese Weise bleiben sie selbst gute Profis und auf der anderen Seite können wir weiterhin die Qualität auf dem sich verändernden Markt liefern. Depuis sa création en 1989, nous sommes devenus une entreprise polyvalente et dynamique dans le domaine de la technologie de soudage et du travail des métaux. Maintenant, il est temps de jeter un regard critique sur la culture d’apprentissage dans notre organisation. Nous pensons qu’il est important de continuer à offrir un ensemble complet de travaux de soudage aux entreprises et aux particuliers. La technologie grandit, les opportunités grandissent et il est également important que nos employés puissent continuer à réaliser ce travail pour nos clients. Grâce à cette subvention, nous pouvons sensibiliser les employés à la nécessité d’une formation continue. Mais aussi activement impliqué dans la recherche d’opportunités, par exemple, comment nous pouvons continuer à apprendre les uns des autres. Nous voulons définir exactement les compétences que nous attendons de nos employés, pour aider et guider les employés à un niveau optimal. De cette façon, ils restent de bons professionnels eux-mêmes et, d’autre part, nous pouvons continuer à fournir la qualité sur le marché en mutation. Fin dalla sua nascita nel 1989 siamo diventati un'azienda versatile e dinamica nel campo della tecnologia della saldatura e della lavorazione dei metalli. Ora è il momento di dare un'occhiata critica alla cultura dell'apprendimento nella nostra organizzazione. Crediamo sia importante continuare ad essere in grado di offrire un pacchetto completo di lavori di saldatura per aziende e privati. La tecnologia cresce, le opportunità crescono ed è anche importante che i nostri dipendenti possano continuare a svolgere questo lavoro per i nostri clienti. Grazie a questa sovvenzione, siamo in grado di sensibilizzare i dipendenti sulla necessità di continuare l'apprendimento. Ma anche attivamente coinvolto nella ricerca di opportunità, ad esempio, come possiamo continuare ad imparare l'uno dall'altro. Vogliamo mappare esattamente quali competenze ci aspettiamo dai nostri dipendenti, per aiutare e guidare i dipendenti a un livello ottimale. Desde sus inicios en 1989 nos hemos convertido en una empresa versátil y dinámica en el campo de la tecnología de soldadura y metalurgia. Ahora es hora de echar un vistazo crítico a la cultura del aprendizaje en nuestra organización. Creemos que es importante seguir ofreciendo un paquete completo de trabajos de soldadura para empresas y particulares. La tecnología crece, las oportunidades crecen y también es importante que nuestros empleados puedan continuar llevando a cabo este trabajo para nuestros clientes. Gracias a esta beca, podemos sensibilizar a los empleados sobre la necesidad de continuar el aprendizaje. Pero también participa activamente en la búsqueda de oportunidades, por ejemplo, cómo podemos seguir aprendiendo unos de otros. Queremos trazar exactamente las habilidades que esperamos de nuestros empleados, para ayudar y guiar a los empleados a un nivel óptimo. De esta manera siguen siendo buenos profesionales y por otro lado podemos seguir entregando la calidad al mercado cambiante. Todo ello gracias a la empleabilidad sostenible de las subvenciones.
