Doelstelling van dit project is om binnen Thialf een bewuste dialoog en daarmee samenhangende activiteiten op gang te brengen over het duurzaam inzetbaar houden van alle medewerkers. Na afronding van het project wil Thialf door onderzoek inzicht hebben gekregen in individuele ambities, talenten en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van medewerkers. Op basis van dit inzicht heeft Thialf maatregelen en activiteiten ontwikkeld die er voor dienen te zorgen dat medewerkers hun takenpakket met plezier en met toekomstperspectief uit kunnen voeren. The objective of this project is to initiate a conscious dialogue and related activities within Thialf about keeping all employees sustainably employable. After completing the project, Thialf wants to gain insight into individual ambitions, talents and development opportunities of employees through research. Based on this insight, Thialf has developed measures and activities to ensure that employees can perform their tasks with pleasure and with a future perspective. (English)

Après l’achèvement du projet, Thialf souhaite obtenir un aperçu des ambitions individuelles, des talents et des possibilités de développement des employés grâce à la recherche. Nach Abschluss des Projekts möchte Thialf durch Forschung Einblicke in individuelle Ambitionen, Talente und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten der Mitarbeiter gewinnen. Auf der Grundlage dieser Erkenntnisse hat Thialf Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten entwickelt, um sicherzustellen, dass Mitarbeiter ihre Aufgaben gerne und mit Zukunftsperspektive erfüllen können. (German)
