Vanuit onze hoofdvestiging in Eck en Wiel, verzorgt H.J. van Oort Transport Eck en Wiel B.V. (hierna Van Oort) Transport, Opslag en Verhuizingen voor bedrijven en particulieren. Ook onze verhuurafdeling Van Oort Truck Rent is hier gevestigd. Vanuit België bedienen wij onze klanten in de Benelux. Om ook in de toekomst klanten tevreden te stellen, dienen wij te beschikken over duurzaam inzetbare werknemers, die gezond, gemotiveerd en productief hun werk kunnen doen. Van Oort ziet mogelijkheden om gezondheidswinst te boeken. Wij hebben aandacht voor vitaliteit, verzuim en ontwikkeling, maar een duidelijke samenhang ontbreekt vooralsnog. Daarom willen wij planmatig geholpen worden door externe adviseurs van DureVole, die samen met ons een project ter bevordering van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (DI) uitvoeren met het accent op een Gezonde Leefstijl (GL) en het terugdringen van werkstress. Het doel van dit project is om nadrukkelijk de leidinggevenden en de betrokken medewerkers bewust bekwaam te maken en hen te helpen de DI/GL positief te beïnvloeden, zowel fysiek, mentaal als emotioneel. We bereiken dit via onderzoek, dialoogsessies, themabijeenkomsten en adviesgesprekken om gericht onderzoek te doen en hieraan verbeteracties te verbinden. Met dit project wil Van Oort in de toekomst uitgroeien tot een vitale organisatie met vitale medewerkers, die een gezonde leefstijl hanteren en duurzaam inzetbaar zijn, binnen of buiten onze organisatie. From our headquarters in Eck en Wiel, H.J. van Oort Transport Eck and Wiel B.V. (hereafter Van Oort) provides Transport, Storage and Removals for companies and individuals. Our rental department Van Oort Truck Rent is also located here. From Belgium we serve our customers in the Benelux. In order to satisfy customers in the future, we need to have sustainably employable employees who can do their work in a healthy, motivated and productive way. Van Oort sees opportunities to make a health profit. We pay attention to vitality, absenteeism and development, but there is no clear link for the time being. That is why we want to be assisted on a planned basis by external advisors of expensive vole, who together with us carry out a project to promote Sustainable Employability (DI) with the emphasis on a Healthy Lifestyle (GL) and reducing work stress. The aim of this project is to make the managers and the employees involved aware and help them to influence the DI/GL positively, both physically, mentally and emotionally. We achieve this through research, dialogue sessions, thematic meetings and advisory discussions to conduct targeted research and to link improvement actions. With this project, Van Oort aims to become a vital organisation with vital employees, who use a healthy lifestyle and can be used sustainably, inside or outside our organisation. (English)

Von unserem Hauptsitz in Eck en Wiel, H.J. van Oort Transport Eck und Wiel B.V. (nachfolgend Van Oort) bietet Transport, Lagerung und Entfernungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen. Unsere Vermietungsabteilung Van Oort Truck Rent befindet sich ebenfalls hier. Aus Belgien bedienen wir unsere Kunden in den Benelux-Ländern. Um Kunden in Zukunft zufrieden zu stellen, müssen wir nachhaltig angestellte Mitarbeiter haben, die ihre Arbeit gesund, motiviert und produktiv machen können. Van Oort sieht Möglichkeiten, einen Gesundheitsgewinn zu erzielen. Wir achten auf Vitalität, Abwesenheit und Entwicklung, aber vorerst gibt es keinen klaren Zusammenhang. Deshalb wollen wir planmäßig von externen Beratern von teuren Vole unterstützt werden, die gemeinsam mit uns ein Projekt zur Förderung der nachhaltigen Beschäftigungsfähigkeit (DI) durchführen, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf einem gesunden Lebensstil (GL) und der Verringerung des Arbeitsstresses. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, die Verantwortlichen und die beteiligten Mitarbeiter zu sensibilisieren und ihnen zu helfen, den DI/GL sowohl physisch, geistig als auch emotional positiv zu beeinflussen. Dies erreichen wir durch Forschung, Dialogsitzungen, thematische Treffen und Beratungsgespräche zur Durchführung gezielter Forschung und zur Verknüpfung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. Mit diesem Projekt will Van Oort zu einer lebenswichtigen Organisation mit lebenswichtigen Mitarbeitern werden, die einen gesunden Lebensstil nutzen und nachhaltig, innerhalb oder außerhalb unserer Organisation genutzt werden können. Dalla nostra sede di Eck en Wiel, H.J. van Oort Transport Eck e Wiel B.V. (di seguito Van Oort) fornisce trasporto, stoccaggio e rimozione per aziende e privati. Anche il nostro dipartimento di noleggio Van Oort Truck Rent si trova qui. Dal Belgio serviamo i nostri clienti nel Benelux. Al fine di soddisfare i clienti in futuro, abbiamo bisogno di avere dipendenti in modo sostenibile e occupabili, in grado di svolgere il proprio lavoro in modo sano, motivato e produttivo. Van Oort vede opportunità di fare un profitto sulla salute. Prestiamo attenzione alla vitalità, all'assenteismo e allo sviluppo, ma per il momento non esiste un chiaro legame. Ecco perché vogliamo essere assistiti su base pianificata da consulenti esterni di costose vole, che insieme a noi realizzano un progetto per promuovere l'occupabilità sostenibile (DI) con l'accento su uno stile di vita sano (GL) e riducendo lo stress sul lavoro. Van Oort ve oportunidades para obtener beneficios para la salud. Prestamos atención a la vitalidad, el absentismo y el desarrollo, pero por el momento no existe un vínculo claro. Es por eso que queremos ser asistidos sobre una base planificada por asesores externos de alto volumen, que junto con nosotros llevan a cabo un proyecto para promover la Empleabilidad Sostenible (DI) con el énfasis en un Estilo de Vida Saludable (GL) y la reducción del estrés laboral. El objetivo de este proyecto es hacer que los directivos y los empleados involucrados sean conscientes y ayudarles a influir positivamente en la DI/GL, tanto física, mental como emocionalmente. Lo logramos a través de investigaciones, sesiones de diálogo, reuniones temáticas y debates consultivos para llevar a cabo investigaciones específicas y vincular acciones de mejora.
