    Het centrale probleem in de kantoorvakhandel is dat de duurzame inzetbaarheid actief moeten worden vergroot om in de toekomst problemen te voorkomen, terwijl een structurele sectorale aanpak niet aanwezig is. Sociale partners hebben zich ten doel gesteld om de duurzame inzetbaarheid sectoraal en structureel aan te pakken. Deze aanpak wordt vervolgens geborgd door middel van vernieuwing van de cao. Door implementatie leidt dit uiteindelijk tot een concrete en duurzame verandering in houding en gedrag. Via de aanpak ‘24/7 APP: All People in Progress’ gaat duurzame inzetbaarheid zo van papier naar praktijk. (Dutch)

    The central problem in the business sector is that sustainable employability needs to be actively increased in order to avoid problems in the future, while a structural sectoral approach is not in place. Social partners have set themselves the goal of addressing sustainable employability sectorally and structurally. This approach is then secured through the renewal of the collective agreement. Through implementation, this ultimately leads to a concrete and sustainable change in attitude and behaviour. Through the 24/7 APP approach: All People in Progress’ goes sustainable employability from paper to practice. (English)

    Das zentrale Problem im Unternehmenssektor besteht darin, dass die nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit aktiv erhöht werden muss, um Probleme in der Zukunft zu vermeiden, während kein struktureller sektoraler Ansatz existiert. Die Sozialpartner haben sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit sektor- und strukturell anzugehen. Dieser Ansatz wird dann durch die Erneuerung des Tarifvertrags gesichert. Durch die Umsetzung führt dies letztlich zu einer konkreten und nachhaltigen Veränderung der Haltung und des Verhaltens. Durch den 24/7 APP-Ansatz: All People in Progress’ geht von Papier zu Praxis nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit. (German)

    Il problema centrale nel settore delle imprese è che l'occupabilità sostenibile deve essere aumentata attivamente per evitare problemi in futuro, mentre non esiste un approccio settoriale strutturale. Le parti sociali si sono prefissate l'obiettivo di affrontare l'occupabilità sostenibile in modo settoriale e strutturale. Tale approccio è quindi garantito dal rinnovo del contratto collettivo. Attraverso l'attuazione, ciò porta in ultima analisi a un cambiamento concreto e sostenibile dell'atteggiamento e del comportamento. Attraverso l'approccio APP 24/7: "Tutte le persone in progresso" va dall'occupabilità sostenibile dalla carta alla pratica. (Italian)
