Deze processen zijn zeer complex en hier komen ook vele aspecten van veiligheid kijken. Wij zetten ons altijd in op de fysieke veiligheid. Daarnaast vinden wij ook de gezondheid en het welzijn van onze medewerkers belangrijk. Door een groei in ons bedrijf is er kans dat de aandacht op veiligheid verslapt. TP&T ziet nu, met steun vanuit het ESF en Lenny Advies, kans om zich in te zetten om de vitaliteit van haar medewerkers te verbeteren. Met TP&T investeert het bedrijf in de vitaliteit van haar medewerkers door het terugdringen van werkstress en veilig en fit werken te promoten. (Dutch)
