Ambulant werkers lopen risico als ze bij mensen op bezoek of buiten lopen gaan. Ze komen op plaatsen waar de doelgroep zich bevindt, namelijk op straat en bij hen thuis. De doelgroep is instabiel, ontvlambaar en onvoorspelbaar. Voeg daarbij de angst voor hulpverleners voor onveilige situaties. En er ontstaat al vooraf een gespannen sfeer. De medewerker moet hier al mee omgaan als hij over de drempel stapt. En wat doen je dan als een cliënt gaat spreken over zijn (zelf)moordgedachten. Moet je dat serieus nemen? Hoe weet je of het echte plannen zijn of een schreeuw voor aandacht. Medewerkers vrezen weleens wat ze allemaal gaan aantreffen. Daarom is de suïcide-preventie nodig. Om handvatten te hebben deze situaties het hoofd te bieden. Doel is het thema bespreekbaar te maken, interne opvang en steun te regelen, en signaleren van gevaarlijke situaties. The target group is unstable, flammable and unpredictable. Add the fear of emergency workers for unsafe situations. And there is already a tense atmosphere. The employee has to deal with this already when he steps over the threshold. And what do you do when a client starts talking about his (self) murder thoughts? Do you have to take that seriously? How do you know if they're real plans or a scream for attention? Employees sometimes fear what they are going to find. That’s why suicidal prevention is needed. To have handles to cope with these situations. The aim is to make the topic negotiable, to organise internal reception and support, and to identify dangerous situations. Les travailleurs ambulatoires sont à risque s’ils visitent ou quittent des gens. Ils se rendent à des endroits où se trouve le groupe cible, à savoir dans la rue et chez eux. Le groupe cible est instable, inflammable et imprévisible. Ajouter la peur des travailleurs d’urgence pour des situations dangereuses. Et il y a déjà une atmosphère tendue. L’employé doit s’en occuper dès qu’il dépasse le seuil. Et que faites-vous quand un client commence à parler de ses pensées de meurtre? Tu dois prendre ça au sérieux? Comment savez-vous si ce sont de vrais projets ou un cri d’attention? Les employés craignent parfois ce qu’ils vont trouver. C’est pourquoi la prévention suicidaire est nécessaire. Avoir des poignées pour faire face à ces situations. L’objectif est de rendre le sujet négociable, d’organiser l’accueil et le soutien internes, et d’identifier les situations dangereuses. Woher weißt du, ob es sich um echte Pläne oder um Aufmerksamkeit handelt? Mitarbeiter fürchten manchmal, was sie finden werden. Deshalb ist eine suizide Prävention erforderlich. Um mit diesen Situationen fertig zu werden. Ziel ist es, das Thema verhandelbar zu machen, interne Aufnahme und Unterstützung zu organisieren und gefährliche Situationen zu identifizieren.
