Kip Installatie wil bewustwording en urgentie verhogen ten aan zien van DI. Eigenaarschap en eigen verantwoordelijkheid bij leidinggevenden en medewerkers t.a.v. van hun eigen duurzame inzetbaarheid moet ontwikkeld worden. De afstand tot het thema is op dit moment nog groot. Door middel van het ontwikkelen en implementeren van project met structurele aandacht wil Kip zorgen dat de boodschap helder wordt uitgedragen naar de medewerkers en medewerkers in positie worden gebracht om hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en in actie te komen waar nodig.
