LooHorst Landscaping is een hovenier met een grote diversiteit in haar personeel en steekt veel energie in de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers. Met de gelden vanuit de ESF hoopt men meer doorstroom te creëren binnen de organisatie en dat er meer wordt gekeken naar de individuele ambities van medewerkers en het mogelijk wordt gemaakt die ook te ontplooien binnen Loohorst. Loohorst is ervan overtuigd dat dit de inzetbaarheid en het werkplezier van de medewerkers zal vergroten (Dutch)
