This is a project that has been developed in a participatory process by the Swedish lutheran church and 11 parishes in the diocese of Lund/Sweden. It’s a unique collaboration with a focus on sustainability, both at the individual level and the support structure of society and the sustainability of the environment. The project objective is: Strengthened prerequisites for the target group of people who are far from being integrated at the labor market / to get a job. This is achieved by systematically developed internal ecclesiastical and external cooperation with focus on sustainability . ( Sustainability means social (democracy, empowerment, gender, pluralism), economic, ecological, spiritual and cultural sustainability. These areas are mutually dependent on each other and work together to achieve sustainable results). The project objective has six intermediate objectives (sub-goals described further developed in the Annex 1, 1. Sustainable perspective on a support adapted to the target group's needs 2. Internal cooperation within the diocese 3. External cooperation to support 4. Capacity development of staff 5. Advocacy 6. Economic conditions for a continued operations In addition to these six milestones, targets have been developed for gender issues, these will be an integral part of the above objectives, gender as an important cross-issue. Il s’agit d’un projet qui a été développé dans le cadre d’un processus participatif par l’église suédoise lutheran et 11 paroisses du diocèse de Lund/Suède. Il s’agit d’une collaboration unique axée sur la durabilité, tant au niveau individuel que de la structure de soutien de la société et de la durabilité de l’environnement. L’objectif du projet est de: Des conditions préalables renforcées pour le groupe cible de personnes qui sont loin d’être intégrées sur le marché du travail/d’obtenir un emploi. Pour ce faire, une coopération ecclésiastique et externe interne systématiquement développée, mettant l’accent sur la durabilité. (La durabilité désigne la durabilité sociale (démocratie, autonomisation, genre, pluralisme), économique, écologique, spirituelle et culturelle. Ces domaines sont mutuellement dépendants les uns des autres et travaillent ensemble pour obtenir des résultats durables). L’objectif du projet comporte six objectifs intermédiaires (sous-objectifs décrits plus en détail à l’annexe 1, point 1. Perspective durable d’un soutien adapté aux besoins du groupe cible 2. Coopération interne au sein du diocèse 3. Coopération extérieure à l’appui 4. Renforcement des capacités du personnel 5. Sensibilisation 6. Conditions économiques propices à la poursuite des opérations Outre ces six étapes, des cibles ont été définies pour les questions d’égalité entre les sexes, mais elles feront partie intégrante des objectifs susmentionnés, l’égalité entre les sexes étant une question intersectorielle importante.
