Project Talangjobb will work with young people, 18- 24 years, who have a particularly vulnerable position in the labor market and are in particular need of professional knowledge. The participants will be educated through a gradual learning called "jobbspår" where each step consists of a combination that contains labor market knowledge, professional knowledge and workplace-based learning, and ends with employment. The objective is for the participants to reach work or studies to become self-sufficient, but also to develop new methods in collaboration with Arbetsförmedlingen, Swedish public employment service, and employers. The project will contribute to competence provision in occupations with shortages. (Swedish)
