The project intends to lead to that individuals with disabilities become employable on the labor market and that a smoother matching can occur when companies and organizations are integrated early in the process. The project will secure that the individual, with no time pressure, can grow strong and generate his/ her own tools that can be used in the future. Furthermore, the project also intends to establish a support structure for the long-term effects in the form of a management group with participants from different municipalities for further dissemination and establishment.
