Il s’agit d’un projet de formation basé sur des parcours UFCD qui peut être capitalisé et, par conséquent, des facteurs permettant d’accroître les compétences professionnelles des atouts et d’augmenter les qualifications scolaires. Elle garantit l’adaptabilité des salariés à l’évolution des tâches liées à leurs fonctions, ainsi qu’à l’évolution actuelle du marché, réduisant le risque de perte d’emploi et de recyclage des chômeurs en stimulant l’emploi.
