La dynamisation s'adresse aux personnes presque prêtes à l'emploi, venant de la 1ère ligne, de l'insertion sociale et/ou socioprofessionnelle. C'est une interface devant favoriser et renforcer le lien entre l'insertion sociale et l'insertion socioprofessionnelle. La durée couvre 6 semaines avec un rythme de fréquentation progressif. Le programme s'articule autour de 3 axes. L'axe théorique: modules de compréhension du fonctionnement relationnel et remise à niveau des compétences langagières. L'axe culturel: visites des sites majeurs de la région et une approche muséale. Le 3e axe: remobilisation physique au travers de circuits à buts pédagogique et culturel selon le mode doux. La finalité est la définition d'un projet professionnel au terme duquel les participants s'orientent vers des filières de formation ou une mise à l'emploi. (French)

It is an interface to promote and strengthen the link between social inclusion and socio-occupational integration. The duration covers 6 weeks with a progressive rate of attendance. The cultural axis: visits to major sites in the region and a museum approach. De dynamisering is gericht op mensen die bijna klaar zijn voor werk, afkomstig van de eerste lijn, van sociale en/of sociaal-professionele integratie. Het is een interface om het verband tussen sociale integratie en sociaal-beroepsintegratie te bevorderen en te versterken. De duur bedraagt 6 weken met een progressief percentage van de aanwezigheid. Het programma is opgebouwd rond 3 assen. De theoretische as: modules voor het begrijpen van de relationele werking en het verbeteren van taalvaardigheden. De culturele as: bezoeken aan belangrijke bezienswaardigheden in de regio en een museumbenadering. De derde as: fysieke remobilisatie via circuits met educatieve en culturele doeleinden volgens de zachte modus. Het doel is een professioneel project te definiëren, waarna de deelnemers overschakelen op opleidingstrajecten of arbeidskansen. (Dutch)
