Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących w szczególności do: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie żnińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej zgodne z Komunikatem w sprawie wyznaczenia minimalnych poziomów kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla Regionalnych Programów Operacyjnych: a) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej na poziomie co najmniej 33%; b) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla kobiet na poziomie co najmniej 39%; c) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie co najmniej 33%; d) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 30%; e) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3) na poziomie co najmniej 38%. f) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych kategorii 43%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the year 29 qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging in particular to: people over 50 years of age, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people in Żnin County. The main result of the project will be the achievement of employment performance indicators in accordance with the Communication on setting minimum levels of employment efficiency criterion for Regional Operational Programmes: a minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for persons aged 50 years or more of at least 33 %; a minimum level of female employment efficiency criterion of at least 39 %; a minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for persons with disabilities of at least 33 %; a minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for the long-term unemployed of at least 30 %; the minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for low-skilled persons (up to ISCED level 3) of at least 38 %. (f) the minimum level of the employment efficiency criterion for persons not eligible for any of the above 43 %. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des chômeurs de plus de 29 ans éligibles au profil d’aide I (c’est-à-dire au chômage actif) ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «requis d’aide») appartenant notamment à: les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées dans le district des récoltes. Le principal résultat du projet sera la réalisation d’indicateurs de performance en matière d’emploi, conformément à la communication sur la fixation de niveaux minimaux de critères de performance en matière d’emploi pour les programmes opérationnels régionaux: un critère minimal d’efficacité en matière d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 50 ans ou plus au moins 33 %; un critère minimal d’efficacité en matière d’emploi pour les femmes d’au moins 39 %; un critère minimal d’efficacité en matière d’emploi pour les personnes handicapées d’au moins 33 %; un critère minimal d’efficacité en matière d’emploi pour les chômeurs de longue durée d’au moins 30 %; un critère minimal d’efficacité en matière d’emploi pour les personnes peu qualifiées (jusqu’à la CITE 3) d’au moins 38 %. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von Arbeitslosen über 29 Jahren zu erhöhen, die für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Beihilfeprofil II (sogenannte „Unterstützungspflicht“) in Betracht kommen, insbesondere zu: Menschen über 50 Jahre alt, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte im Erntebezirk. Das wichtigste Ergebnis des Projekts wird die Erreichung von Indikatoren für die Beschäftigungsleistung im Einklang mit der Mitteilung über die Festlegung von Mindestanforderungen an die Leistungsfähigkeit der Beschäftigung für regionale operationelle Programme sein: ein Mindestmaß an Beschäftigungseffizienz für Personen im Alter von 50 oder mehr als 33 %; ein Mindestmaß an Beschäftigungseffizienz für Frauen von mindestens 39 %; ein Mindestmaß an Beschäftigungseffizienz für Menschen mit Behinderungen von mindestens 33 %; ein Mindestmaß an Beschäftigungseffizienz für Langzeitarbeitslose von mindestens 30 %; ein Mindestmaß an Beschäftigungseffizienz für Geringqualifizierte (bis ISCED 3) von mindestens 38 %. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten van werklozen ouder dan 29 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde „vereiste steun”), die met name behoren tot: mensen ouder dan 50 jaar, vrouwen, mensen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden in het Harvest District. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de verwezenlijking van werkgelegenheidsprestatie-indicatoren overeenkomstig de mededeling over de vaststelling van minimumniveaus van werkgelegenheidsprestatiecriteria voor regionale operationele programma’s: een minimumniveau van werkgelegenheidsefficiëntiecriterium voor personen van 50 jaar of ouder of ten minste 33 %; een minimumniveau van werkgelegenheidsefficiëntiecriterium voor vrouwen van ten minste 39 %; een minimumniveau van werkgelegenheidsefficiëntiecriterium voor personen met een handicap van ten minste 33 %; een minimumniveau van werkgelegenheidsefficiëntiecriterium voor langdurig werklozen van ten minste 30 %; een minimumniveau van werkgelegenheidsefficiëntiecriterium voor laaggeschoolden (tot ISCED 3) van ten minste 38 %. In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro dei disoccupati di età superiore ai 29 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupato attivo) o al profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno") appartenenti in particolare a: persone di età superiore ai 50 anni, donne, disabili, disoccupati di lunga durata, scarsamente qualificati nel distretto di Harvest. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà il conseguimento di indicatori di rendimento in materia di occupazione in linea con la comunicazione sulla definizione di livelli minimi di criteri di rendimento in materia di occupazione per i programmi operativi regionali: un criterio minimo di efficienza occupazionale per le persone di età superiore a 50 anni o superiore al 33 %; un criterio minimo di efficienza occupazionale per le donne pari ad almeno il 39 %; un criterio minimo di efficienza occupazionale per le persone con disabilità di almeno il 33 %; un criterio minimo di efficienza occupazionale per i disoccupati di lungo periodo di almeno il 30 %; un criterio minimo di efficienza occupazionale per le persone scarsamente qualificate (fino a ISCED 3) di almeno il 38 %. Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de los desempleados de más de 29 años que pueden optar al perfil de ayuda I (denominados desempleados activos) o al perfil de ayuda II (denominados «necesarios de ayuda») pertenecientes, en particular, a: las personas mayores de 50 años, las mujeres, las personas con discapacidad, los desempleados de larga duración y los poco cualificados en el distrito de la cosecha. El principal resultado del proyecto será la consecución de indicadores de resultados en materia de empleo en consonancia con la Comunicación sobre el establecimiento de niveles mínimos de criterios de rendimiento en materia de empleo para los programas operativos regionales: un nivel mínimo de criterio de eficiencia en el empleo para las personas de 50 años o más, al menos un 33 %; un criterio mínimo de eficiencia en el empleo para las mujeres de al menos el 39 %; un nivel mínimo de criterio de eficiencia en el empleo para las personas con discapacidad de al menos un 33 %; un criterio mínimo de eficiencia en el empleo para los desempleados de larga duración de al menos el 30 %; un criterio mínimo de eficiencia en el empleo para las personas poco cualificadas (hasta la CINE 3) de al menos el 38 %. En el marco del proyecto, para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las competencias, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante en cuestión. Sobre esta base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a los que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
