Projekt pn: " Przebudowa i wyposażenie budynku jednorodzinnego przy ul.Łubnej 17 we Włocławku z przeznaczeniem na funkcje placówki opiekuńczo - wychowawczej", stanowi II etap inwestycji w infrastrukturę społeczną w oparciu o zapisy Ustawy o wspieraniu rodziny i systemu pieczy zastępczej. Zakres przedmiotowej inwestycji obejmuje przebudowę budynku jednorodzinnego zlokalizowanego we Włocławku przy ul. Łubnej 17 z przeznaczeniem na funkcje placówki opiekuńczo - wychowawczej dla 14 dzieci wraz z opiekunami. Mając na względzie aktualne przepisy Rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie, obiekt objęty projektem zaprojektowano tak, aby spełnione zostały wymagania, jak dla zamieszkania zbiorowego. W ramach proj. wykonana zostanie również infrastruktura okalająca budynek w tym: podjazdy, miejsca parkingowe, ogrodzenie oraz teren rekreacyjny zawierający elementy architektury wypoczynkowej. W ramach I etapu zostaną wybudowane 3 placówki opiekuńczo – wychowawcze, w tym jedna typu interwencyjnego, terapeutycznego i socjalizacyjnego. (Polish)

Project Bn: “Reconstruction and equipping of a single-family building at ul.Łubna 17 in Włocławek for the functions of a care and educational institution” constitutes the second stage of investment in social infrastructure based on the provisions of the Act on supporting family and foster care system. The scope of the investment includes the reconstruction of a single-family building located in Włocławek on ul. Łubna 17 for the functions of a care and educational institution for 14 children together with carers. In view of the current provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, the object covered by the project was designed to meet the requirements as for collective residence. The project will also provide infrastructure surrounding the building, including: driveways, parking spaces, fence and recreation area containing elements of recreational architecture. Within the first stage, 3 care and educational institutions will be built, including one type of intervention, therapeutic and socialisation. (English)

Projet intitulé: «La reconstruction et l’aménagement du bâtiment unifamilial à ul.Łubna 17 à Włocławek pour les fonctions d’un établissement d’enseignement et de soins infirmiers» est la deuxième étape de l’investissement dans les infrastructures sociales, sur la base des dispositions de la loi sur le soutien familial et le système de placement familial. Le champ d’application de cet investissement comprend la reconstruction d’un bâtiment unifamilial situé à Włocławek à ul. ŁUBNA 17 pour la fonction d’établissement de soins infirmiers et d’enseignement pour 14 enfants et aidants. Compte tenu des dispositions actuelles du règlement du ministre de l’Infrastructure sur les conditions techniques à remplir par les bâtiments et leur emplacement, l’objet couvert par le projet a été conçu pour répondre aux exigences de résidence collective. Dans le cadre du projet, il y aura également des infrastructures autour du bâtiment, y compris: allées, places de stationnement, clôtures et aires de loisirs contenant des éléments d’architecture de loisirs. Dans le cadre de la première étape, trois établissements d’enseignement et de soins infirmiers seront construits, dont un type d’intervention, de thérapie et de socialisation. (French)

Projekt mit dem Titel: „Der Wiederaufbau und die Einrichtung des Einfamilienhauses in ul.Łubna 17 in Włocławek für die Funktionen einer Pflege- und Bildungseinrichtung“ ist die zweite Phase der Investition in die soziale Infrastruktur auf der Grundlage der Bestimmungen des Gesetzes über die Familienförderung und des Pflegesystems. Der Umfang dieser Investition umfasst den Wiederaufbau eines Einfamilienhauses in Włocławek in ul. ŁUBNA 17 für die Funktion einer Pflege- und Bildungseinrichtung für 14 Kinder und Pflegekräfte. In Anbetracht der derzeitigen Bestimmungen der Verordnung des Infrastrukturministers über die technischen Bedingungen, die von Gebäuden und deren Standort zu erfüllen sind, wurde der Gegenstand des Projekts so konzipiert, dass er die Voraussetzungen für den gemeinsamen Aufenthalt erfüllt. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird es auch Infrastruktur rund um das Gebäude geben, darunter: Einfahrten, Parkplätze, Zaun und Erholungsbereich mit Elementen der Freizeitarchitektur. Im Rahmen der ersten Phase werden drei Pflege- und Bildungseinrichtungen errichtet, darunter eine Art von Intervention, Therapie und Sozialisierung. (German)

Project getiteld: „De wederopbouw en inrichting van het eengezinsgebouw in ul.Łubna 17 in Włocławek voor de functies van een verpleeg- en onderwijsinstelling”, is de tweede fase van de investering in sociale infrastructuur, gebaseerd op de bepalingen van de wet inzake gezinsondersteuning en het pleegzorgstelsel. Het toepassingsgebied van deze investering omvat de wederopbouw van een eengezinsgebouw in Włocławek te ul. ŁUBNA 17 voor de functie van een verpleeg- en onderwijsinstelling voor 14 kinderen en verzorgers. In het licht van de huidige bepalingen van het Regeling van de Minister van Infrastructuur betreffende de technische voorwaarden waaraan gebouwen en hun locatie moeten voldoen, is het voorwerp waarop het project betrekking heeft, ontworpen om te voldoen aan de eisen voor collectieve verblijfplaats. Als onderdeel van het project zal er ook infrastructuur rond het gebouw zijn, waaronder: opritten, parkeerplaatsen, omheining en recreatiegebied met elementen van vrijetijdsarchitectuur. Progetto dal titolo: "La ricostruzione e la sistemazione dell'edificio monofamiliare di ul.Łubna 17 a Włocławek per le funzioni di un istituto di cura e di istruzione", è la seconda fase dell'investimento nelle infrastrutture sociali, sulla base delle disposizioni della legge sul sostegno alla famiglia e sul sistema di affidamento. L'obiettivo di questo investimento comprende la ricostruzione di un edificio unifamiliare situato a Włocławek a ul. ŁUBNA 17 per la funzione di istituto di cura e di istruzione per 14 bambini e prestatori di assistenza. Tenuto conto delle attuali disposizioni del regolamento del Ministro delle Infrastrutture sulle condizioni tecniche che gli edifici e la loro ubicazione devono soddisfare, l'oggetto oggetto del progetto è stato concepito per soddisfare i requisiti di residenza collettiva. Nell'ambito del progetto, ci saranno anche infrastrutture intorno all'edificio, tra cui: vialetti, posti auto, recinzione e area ricreativa contenente elementi di architettura per il tempo libero. Come parte della prima fase, saranno costruite 3 istituzioni infermieristiche ed educative, tra cui un tipo di intervento, terapeutico e socializzazione. (Italian)

Proyecto titulado: «La reconstrucción y el acondicionamiento del edificio unifamiliar de ul.Łubna 17 en Włocławek para las funciones de una institución de enfermería y educación», es la segunda etapa de la inversión en infraestructura social, basada en las disposiciones de la Ley de apoyo a la familia y el sistema de acogida. El alcance de esta inversión incluye la reconstrucción de un edificio unifamiliar situado en Włocławek en ul. ŁUBNA 17 para la función de una institución de enfermería y educación para 14 niños y cuidadores. Habida cuenta de las disposiciones actuales del Reglamento del Ministro de Infraestructuras sobre las condiciones técnicas que deben cumplir los edificios y su ubicación, el objeto del proyecto ha sido diseñado para cumplir los requisitos de residencia colectiva. Como parte del proyecto, también habrá infraestructuras alrededor del edificio, incluyendo: calzadas, plazas de aparcamiento, vallas y área recreativa que contiene elementos de arquitectura de ocio.
