Het project “Samen betrokken bij zelfsturing” is er op gericht om medewerkers te faciliteren op de gebieden Gezondheid, Competentie en Motivatie. Hierdoor zijn medewerkers in staat het werk ook op lange termijn vol te houden (duurzaam inzetbaar) en kan de Jade zorggroep, ook in de toekomst, adequaat antwoord geven op veranderende zorgvragen.
