    Wolters Advies is een onafhankelijk werkend financieel adviesbureau. De laatste tijd hebben er een aantal wisselingen in de personele bezetting plaatsgevonden. Door deze wisselingen is de organisatie enigszins uit balans geraakt. Hierdoor is bijvoorbeeld de werkdruk verhoogd. Dit verhoogt de stress, zonder dat dit direct ten goede komt aan de bedrijfsresultaten. Het welbevinden van de medewerkers staat hoog op de agenda bij Wolters. Besloten is om een traject op te starten met een externe adviseur. Door de medewerkers met elkaar in gesprek te brengen over de werkzaamheden, zullen ze samen in kaart brengen waar ieders kwaliteiten liggen en waar ze van elkaar kunnen leren. De verschillende methodieken geven ruimte om van en met elkaar te leren, zodat de druk van de werklast verminderd kan worden. (Dutch)
