    In 2013 is binnen SKOA een reorganisatie uitgevoerd. Het personeelsbestand is toen teruggegaan van 330 naar 220 mensen. In de CAO Kinderopvang 2016-2017 wordt veel aandacht geschonken aan de weerbaarheid en wendbaarheid van de medewerkers. SKOA wil in dit project met ESF subsidie aan de slag met deze thematiek. Het Beleidsplan Duurzame inzetbaarheid 2016-2020 zal vanuit een opleidingskundig perspectief worden ingestoken. Veel nadruk zal liggen op de innovatiekracht van de organisatie. Daarom wordt het innovatieklimaat en het eigen verandervermogen in beeld gebracht. Teamleden wordt gevraagd een inschatting te maken van de verschillende dimensies van het innovatieklimaat. Daarnaast zal veel nadruk worden gelegd op zelfsturende teams en zelfroostering. (Dutch)

    In 2013 a reorganisation was carried out within SKOA. The workforce then went back from 330 to 220 people. The CAO Childcare 2016-2017 pays great attention to the resilience and agility of employees. SKOA wants to work on this theme with ESF grant in this project. The Sustainable employability Policy Plan 2016-2020 will be used from a training-based perspective. Much emphasis will be placed on the innovative capacity of the organisation. This is why the innovation climate and its ability to change are being mapped out. Team members are asked to assess the different dimensions of the innovation climate. In addition, much emphasis will be placed on self-steering teams and self-scheduling. (English)

    Nel 2013 è stata effettuata una riorganizzazione all'interno di Skoa. La forza lavoro è poi tornata da 330 a 220 persone. Il CAO Childcare 2016-2017 presta grande attenzione alla resilienza e all'agilità dei dipendenti. Skoa vuole lavorare su questo tema con la sovvenzione FSE in questo progetto. Il piano strategico per l'occupabilità sostenibile 2016-2020 sarà utilizzato in una prospettiva basata sulla formazione. Si porrà molta enfasi sulla capacità innovativa dell'organizzazione. Questo è il motivo per cui il clima dell'innovazione e la sua capacità di cambiare sono stati mappati. I membri del team sono invitati a valutare le diverse dimensioni del clima dell'innovazione. Inoltre, molta enfasi sarà posta sulle squadre di autosterzo e auto-programmazione. (Italian)
