    Bij Van Neynsel willen we medewerkers die bevlogen en betrokken zijn. We meten via de Fan Scan hoe medewerker, het teams en de organisatie ervoor staan. We destilleren hieruit verbeterpunten en een implementatieplan. We gaan hiermee voor nog beteren en meten of we dit hebben gerealiseerd. Hiermee realiseren we duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers en een hogere clienttevredenheid. Op deze manier bevorderen we de samenwerking, positiviteit in onze organisatie en verhogen de inzetbaarheid. (Dutch)

    At Van Neynsel we want employees who are passionate and involved. We measure through the Fan Scan how employee, the teams and the organisation stand. We are distilling areas for improvement and an implementation plan. We are going to do this for even better and measure if we have realised this. With this we achieve sustainable employability of employees and higher client satisfaction. In this way, we promote collaboration, positivity in our organisation and increase employability. (English)

    A Van Neynsel vogliamo dipendenti appassionati e coinvolti. Misuriamo attraverso la Fan Scan il modo in cui i dipendenti, i team e lo stand dell'organizzazione. Stiamo distillando aree di miglioramento e un piano di attuazione. Lo faremo ancora meglio e misureremo se l'avremo capito. Con questo otteniamo un'occupabilità sostenibile dei dipendenti e una maggiore soddisfazione del cliente.
